The room was quiet as was the neighborhood, which seems to be an area in flux, changing from a once industrial area to more residential. Really lived having a small kitchen and washer dryer in the room. Good coffee shop next door as well as a gym and small store.

We watched the hot ballon fly over in the morning.

The Australian Open grounds were within 8 minutes walk from the hotel, so it was easy to go back and forth. The Melbourne Cricket Ground is even closer for cricket fans and tourists.
