The staff were incredibly welcoming, spoke English, and went above and beyond — from arranging taxis to helping me book a wonderful last-minute island tour. The room had a lovely view, and the location is close to restaurants and main spots on the island, making everything very easy.

The hotel offers mountain views, an outdoor pool and a 24-hour front desk. We loved everything about this place. The little huts are located in a beautiful tropical garden. There’s a cute little outdoor pool. The owners Doris and César are lovely and welcoming hosts. César helped us book excursions and rent a scooter etc. We absolutely recommend this place.

The apartment provides mountain views, a year-round outdoor pool and a 24-hour front desk. The rooms were really cute, great for staying a week or even more. The housekeeper came every day, even Christmas Day. This was unexpected and welcomed. Our host Lyndon was amazing! He was so friendly and helpful, always willing to help us out. He even got a side by side for us to rent, which really is a necessity in Providencia. The rate was reasonable, too. The location was walking distance to town and some restaurants.

This was one of the best accomondations we stayed in a long time. The owner was extremely nice, incredibly helpful and really attentive. Also the apartment and the rest of the facilities were extremely clean. We also loved the clean pool, the laundry maschine and the quiet location. 1000% recommend!

It exceeded our expectations, especially since this was our first time visiting Providencia, and we weren’t sure how the island had recovered from the 2020 hurricane. The hotel is beautifully decorated with great attention to detail, creating a tranquil and luxurious retreat. Alvaro, Melie, and the two ladies who cooked were all amazing—so welcoming and attentive. We still think about the delicious ceviche we had for lunch! We deeply appreciate all the effort put into making Monasterio del Viento such a luxurious and well-run option on Providencia—it truly shows. Herbert was incredibly easy to communicate with and arranged everything we needed seamlessly. The level of service was truly five-star, and we’ve already told many friends that if they ever visit Providencia, Monasterio del Viento is the only place to consider!

Located in Providencia Island, within Agua Dulce district, Hotel El Pirata Morgan features an outdoor pool and American-style breakfast is offered. Free WiFi access is available. Guests will get to the island via airplane or Catamaran departing from San Andres Island. I liked everything, the room, the breakfast, the staff. The location is special because the hotel has a supermarket across the street, has 2 dive centers very close and good restaurants too.

Guests will get to the island via airplane or Catamaran departing from San Andres Island. The cabanas are lovely, set in a nice garden with even a pool that is useful after a day at the beach. The interior of the cabanas is basic but they are clean, spacious, with fridge and air conditioning and an outdoor space. The staff is friendly and helpful and the included breakfast is good and complete. I had read negative reviews and honestly don't see the point. The beach in front no longer exists because of the hurricane that hit the island a few years ago, the bar/restaurant La Terrazza in front offers sunset views and really good cocktails. Providencia is still an island little exploited by mass tourism, but there is a lot of restaurants , especially on the beach, really nice and good, with delicious fish and lobster. There are sunflies and mosquitos but with a good repellent they are kept away 😉
