The hotel had a nice decoration and friendly owners. The room was clean. Breakfast was nice. Nice stay for daily trips to Europapark and Rulantica.

For over 160 years, the Europäischer Hof Heidelberg has stood for genuine hospitality and timeless elegance. My room was fantastic and very comfortable. The hotel overall was luxurious and very impressive and I loved the beautiful Christmas decor. The staff treated me very well and was helpful. Breakfast was just lovely. I appreciated the parking garage right next door. Added bonus ~ pet friendly! I was able to have my dog with me.

The location is amazing. Every day the view from our balcony looked more beautiful. We were lucky to have stayed a week in November when it was bright sunshine so we were able to take advantage of the beautiful surroundings. Cycling is so easy as the hotel really is in the middle of the forest but glad we had e-bikes as steep slopes all around. The bridge directly into the forest was an instant immersion into to Schwarzwald. We also took advantage of the wellness program and did qi-jong in the fresh air and reminded ourselves to slow down and breathe! The food was delicious and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. Big shout out to our waitress Anna too.

Loved everything about this hotel! The check-in staff (specially Aditya and Max) were very welcoming and looked after me through out my stay. The restaurant staff were very attentive and the food was just amazing. I had a good restful stay in the comfy room after a long hike with great views to the nature landscape.

The interior design was really chic and modern, and the apartment was bright, spacious and very comfortable. The bedsheets and towels smelled so fresh!! The kitchen was well equipped and even had spices, seasoning etc. Having a washer dryer was a huge plus for us. The Szasz family was really friendly.
