The room is very very spacious, as is the Bathroom. Everything is spotlessly clean, both inside the room and throughout the entire property! All that being said; what makes this little hidden paradise so exceptional is the outstanding staff that are so unflinching in accommodating your every need....and always with a great big smile and a kind greeting! They truly treat you like "family" here and can't do enough to make sure you are not in need of any assistance whatsoever. I just booked a few more nights because I originally intended to spend the next few nights in the Cairo City Center at another hotel but I'm so happy and content with this place.... I'm just gonna stay here a few more days!

We were even treated to an unexpected Halloween evening, with complimentary sweets and pastries — small gestures that turned a simple airport stop into a joyful and memorable experience.
