Hotel was clean and spacious and friendly staff, lifts were quick and no waiting time, Anan on reception on our arrival was so helpful and friendly, even bringing our room key to the restaurant as our room wasn’t ready when we arrived, he is an asset to the hotel for sure, our views of the city from the hotel room were incredible by day and night.

It features an exquisite restaurant and serves cocktails until late at the highest bar in London. The views from the hotel are phenomenal! On the 43rd floor our room had views of the Thames, eye of London, st. Paul's Cathedral and much more! Location is excellent being right next to London Bridge metro and train station it's easy to get around London. The staff were also fantastic and always around to answer questions and help out when needed! It was also soo lovely to have a bathtub with such a fantastic view! It was hard to leave! Will certainly be returning!

In beautiful Lakeland surroundings overlooking an idyllic brook, Glencree is situated between the villages of Bowness and Windermere. With free parking and free Wi-Fi, it serves hearty breakfasts cooked to order. Guests can swim in the property's off-site pool. Located in a perfect location within walking distance of a number of eating establishments Breakfast and staff were extremely helpful. Had a room on the top floor with a vertical spiral staircase. Ask for this room. Provided parking which was also a plus. The rate should have been higher as one could not ask for more. Would have paid more without a second thought.

We booked a standard room and were upgraded to a nicer room upon our arrival, it was a nice surprise. The bed was comfortable, we enjoyed the spa facilities (the temperature in the pool, jacuzzi and sauna/steam was perfect). Food was very good. The staff was amazing and very friendly. We recognised a reception manager from our last visit and were happy to see her, she is always so thoughtful. Also the waitress at Nelson pub was superb. Everyone was very nice! It was our second visit and we will be definitely coming back again.
