Could not fault it in any way,from the warm welcome when we arrived to our departure the staff were so pleasant and helpful without being intrusive.We had lovely modern Room23 in the courtyard.Food and service excellent particularly breakfasts.Relaxed ambience.

Palazzo d'epoca trasformato in hotel. Bellissimo il palazzo antico ma le camere sono anche in dependance. Deliziosi i giardini. Ottima colazione.

Affacciato sulle colline di Malvern, a 4,8 km da Worcester e dalla cittadina termale di Malvern, il Bank House Hotel & Golf Club dista 15 minuti d'auto dallo svincolo 7 dell'autostrada M5. Property was exceptional, staff were all extremely polite from the get go and were willing to help with any problem, from finding buttons on the Hot Tub to cutting a pesky tag from my suit when no scissors could be found. I was extremely impressed throughout. Room was lovely and spacious with an exceptional range of complimentary beverages and snacks available. Spa facilities were luxurious as well with the most amazing view and breakfast was also a delight!

Super historic with very well appointed rooms and awesome amenities including a great spa. Helpful hotel staff that were very attentive, amazing breakfast. Super comfortable beds, very quiet for sleeping. Awesome location!

This luxury hotel is an excellent countryside retreat featuring a state-of-the-art spa, fantastic gardens and award-winning cuisine. It was absolutely gorgeous, right down to every little detail. Staff make you feel so so welcome, the whole vibe inside is so cosy it was incredible! The spa is amazing I could’ve spent all night in there. Food and drinks at the badgers restaurant was unbelievable and such good value for money, really couldn’t fault a thing!

Situato nella periferia di Redditch, a soli 20 minuti da Birmingham, l'Abbey Hotel Golf & Spa offre un pittoresco campo da golf, un centro ricreativo e 2 ristoranti, e mette gratuitamente a... Stanza accogliente anche se un po' piccola. Struttura molto bella, la palestra completa di tutto. Buona la colazione, potrebbe essere più varia. Abbiamo cenato bene al ristorante.
