Everything. We had the sea view room with balcony. Got stuck on our last day on the island and needed a last minute stay. We loved it! As a couple, the room was amazing, clean, bed comfortable. Slept like babies. The staff so helpful, especially the receptionist (blond woman)! Breakfast included - amazing buffet. Towels for the pool and/or beach. I couldn’t recommend it more! We will come back!

The location was stunning - beautiful position and the water was so clear, lovely for swims in the sea. Very peaceful. Easy to walk to Sudurad harbour and get the ferry across to Lopud for a few hours. Reception staff very helpful with queries before our arrival and helping with transfers from Dubrovnik Old Town and back to the airport. We enjoyed a couple of very good meals in the restaurant. Very clean rooms and delightful staff.

Fabulous location and the hotel lived up to our hopes - relaxed, friendly, quiet, comfortable. There are enough sun loungers for all guests, either down by the sea or up by the pool. The hotel provide beach towels each day too. It is a very beautiful area and the sea was lovely to swim in. The food was great too, dining with spectacular views over the sea to the islands was quite special. A very relaxing break and one we hope to repeat!

Stunning location. Has everything you need for a restful holiday. Food delicious. Team really helpful and friendly. Views stunning. Swim in the pool or in the sea that is private to the hotel. Fresh beach towels daily. Lovely clean rooms. Transfers were perfect.

This is a beautifully renovated property just steps from the waterfront in Sudurad. we had a wonderful stay here and the young hosts could not have been more friendly or helpful to us. The island of Sipan is so beautiful, if you love nature, swimming, a quiet relaxed time, then I cannot think of anywhere which meets all these criteria as well as Sipan does! Just remember if you want bread you have to order it at the shop the day before and it doesn’t arrive till 11 ish!
