The accommodation was BEAUTIFUL, the staff were so kind and welcoming, attending to any need we had. We had included breakfast and it was very yummy. The room was clean & cosy. We loved our time here and would be back - they even gave us cookies every day when they cleaned the room!

The most beautiful vacation spot in the most heavenly resort 🥰 my partner and I were absolutely impressed by the location, the beautiful grounds of this luxury hotel, the 2 stunning pools, the sensational breakfast, the exceptionally friendly staff... absolutely blown away by our extremely relaxing and comfortable stay. The grounds are beautifully kept, with many sun beds and hammocks to relax either by the pool or in the gardens. 2 beautiful pools, one facing the ocean with a swim up bar, the other surrounded by art. All so relaxing and peaceful. There was also a small gallery with beautiful art. The whole setting of the hotel is tasteful, beautiful and pleasing to the eye. The staff are beyond helpful, friendly and hospitable. You feel so welcomed! We had a lovely room with a nice hammock to relax, great air conditioning, very comfortable bed and pillows, nice hot shower. Everything was set out perfectly, very comfortable, clean, lovely and modern. Breakfast was so yummy, beautiful and perfectly baked pastries and a variety of yummy treats and drinks to choose from. Absolutely perfect location to capture the sunset in the evening, in easy walking distance from the open air cinema, lots of bars, restaurants and of course straight across from the beach! Also, free bike rentals here too! Absolutely recommend and thank you again 🥰

This is one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had . The staff, the facilities, the food quality, the spa experience were outstanding. The location is quiet and very relaxing. Great for sunset viewing and morning beach walking. The laundry service was excellent. I have been travelling and working around the world for 30 years, and this ranks as one of my best experiences ever. The amazing staff make Pink Coco one of a kind.

Situato sull'isola di Lombok, rispettivamente a 700 e 800 metri dal mercato dell'arte e il porto di Gili Trawangan, il Ponte Villas offre una piscina all'aperto, la vista su di essa e il WiFi... Beautiful and peaceful hotel in a perfect location. The rooms were absolutely beautiful and direct access to poolside was great. We rented bikes from the hotel and explored the island and in the afternoons came to spend some time at the villa terrace and by the pool. Hotel staff were excellent and the service was on a very high level. We left a wallet to our hotel room during check out and realised it after travelling to the next island after several hours. The hotel answered our whatsapp message immediately and went to look for the wallet in our room. The wallet was found there (where my husband left in on the top shelf) and the hotel manager delivered the wallet to the beach where we came to pick it up later. Such a great service! Would highly recommend the hotel expecially to friends and couples.

Situato a Gili Air, a 2 minuti a piedi da Gili Air Beach, il Kaluku Gili Resort offre camere deluxe e tradizionali bungalow ispirati ai granai di riso, un servizio massaggi, servizi di lavanderia e... Everything was good. Location beachfront, my bungalow was very nice and very clean. A lot of complimentary snacks and products. Breakfast was very good. The staff is very very nice. It is rare I give a 10, but this time is very well deserved.
