There are many prominent restaurants and cafes nearby. 🏡 We stayed in three different rooms. The rooms are pleasant, its spacious and its clean, with a beautiful touch of Javanese and some mix of Indonesian culture. 🔐 The place feel very secure and secluded, its quiet and a hidden gem in the midst of the local neighbourhood. Many foreigners stay there, which we met from Poland, US, UK, and locals. ⭐️ The staff are also very warm and friendly. We get to meet briefly the host owner, also the team of staff like Kak Lisa, Kak Nisa, and Mas Catra, who helped us throughout our stay — such as getting a car hire service, getting tickets and insights before visiting places. 🍛 It includes breakfast, the options are close to the culture of Indonesia such as “Gudeg”, “Nasi Uduk”, and of course, “mie goreng” — with a nice portion. The plus points is that they always provided extras like fruit salads, traditional desserts, banana bread, etc. through out our stay. 💳 Decently priced. We book through Booking.com and it’s very easy to adjust and modify. ⭐️ Overall, we had a very decent stay and definitely would love to come back again! Thank you Nextdoor Homestay team!

Ranasa Yogyakarta presenta una piscina all'aperto, un giardino, una sala comune e un bar a Timuran. Wow, Ranasa Hostel is surprisingly comfortable. The place is green, cool, and peaceful—you almost forget it’s in the middle of a busy city. It was my first time staying in a dorm, and it was great: only four beds, all clean, comfy, fragrant, and with curtains for privacy. There’s a guest kitchen, a drying area, and fast WiFi. Breakfast is made to order. I had banana pancakes with honey—delicious—plus a fruit platter and a choice of water, tea, or coffee. The bathroom is always clean and fresh, the toilet paper never runs out, and the scent is pleasant. The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, polite, and full of smiles. Special thanks to Mas Wawan. The garden is lush and relaxing, and you can chill by the pool. I loved being able to escape the city’s noise in a place this comfortable.

Situato a Yogyakarta, a 2 km da Monumento Tugu, The Manohara Hotel Yogyakarta prevede un centro fitness, un parcheggio privato gratuito, una sala comune e un ristorante. The staff were AMAZING!! Anything we needed they were so quick to help, the manager personally took us to Jummah prayer. I lost an earring and needed a police report for insurance and the wonderful head of security escorted me to the police station and helped me with the process. The room was beautiful and nice and clean, the housekeeping staff were so lovely and friendly. Breakfast was varied each day and really good quality so we highly enjoyed it each day. The pool is an infinity rooftop pool and again it was a lovely space to unwind and hang out and the pool is one of the longest I've seen so it's perfect for lengths Had an amazing Christmas stay so would definitely pick the Manohara again next time we visit Yogyakarta!

Caratterizzato da un centro fitness, lo Yogyakarta Marriott Hotel si trova a Yogyakarta, a 3,5 km dal Monumento a Tugu, a 5 km da via Malioboro e dal centro commerciale Malioboro, e a 6 km da rinomate... The service was outstanding, the people are incredibly lovely and helpful and everything was comfortable and charming. A much friendlier atmosphere than in chain hotels in the US. The staff even learn your name.

Staying here felt like living in a king’s and queen’s room – artistic, elegant, and full of character. We were warmly welcomed by Ozzy and Fico, who were simply amazing hosts: super friendly, very helpful, full of great tips, and even assisted us with transport. Thanks to them, our time in Yogyakarta was truly memorable. Breakfast was delicious every morning, clearly prepared with care and love. From our room we enjoyed views of a beautiful garden filled with plants and flowers, and we could also relax by a private pool that felt like a hidden oasis away from the busy streets. The location is excellent, close to the main attractions and surrounded by great cafés, yet still calm and comfortable. One of the most hospitable stays we’ve ever had – highly recommended.

Davvero bello il contesto della piscina, vista risaie! Accanto ad essa la zona ristorante, carina, piccola e perciò intima, e che si sposa pienamente al contesto. Il menù non è particolarmente esteso, ma comunque adeguato alla struttura. Bel giardino curato e belli, ma anche comodi, i bungalows. Ottima pulizia sia dei bungalows che delle parti comuni. Proprietario e staff molto gentili. Un Meraviglioso angolo di relax nel verde di Java, lontano dal caos cittadino, dove ci si può godere la quiete e rilassare al ritorno dalle gite di giornata. Per arrivare in centro va preso un mezzo di trasporto, ma questo è chiaro sin da subito e ho scelto questo hotel proprio per essere lontana dalla caoticità della città (che vi assicuro essere caotica e trafficata) e sono stata davvero contenta della mia scelta e in particolare di aver scelto questo hotel! 😀
