Prompt and efficient room service ensured that all our needs were met. The availability of 24×7 hot water, along with a customizable air-conditioning system, made our stay comfortable, especially after long days of sightseeing. The hotel’s restaurant, “The Chinar.” The food quality was excellent, with rich flavors and authentic taste. It is an ideal place for anyone looking to experience traditional Kashmiri cuisine, including the famous Wazwan, along with a variety of other delicious dishes. Overall, Arco Hotel and Resort offers excellent value for money and is truly worth every penny spent. I would recommend this hotel to families and travelers looking for comfort, convenience, and warm hospitality. Perfectly positioned on the Jammu-Katra highway, Vivanta Katra, Vaishno Devi stands just fifteen minutes from the Katra Railway Station. The staff is just amazing. The location is absolutely wonderful. The rooms are well appointed and the available facilities are at par. I have stayed at this property before and they are doing great work.
