Offering two rooftop heated swimming pools separate for adults and families, two restaurants and a spa and wellness center, The Panoramic Getaway is located in scenic hill station of Munnar. The hotel lives up to the name, the views it offers is truly stunning. There were many different places to enjoy the view, from the restaurant to the balcony and pool. Check-in was smooth, and there was hotel parking. Our room was luxurious and well stocked. Beds were comfortable, room was spacious, bathrooms were well maintained. Although the family suite is very different to other rooms, I assume the experiences would be similar.

Situated along Mount Road in Chennai, ITC Grand Chola is 8 km from the Chennai International Airport. It features 11 dining options and an outdoor swimming pool and a fitness centre. The rooms were clean and well appointed. Lots of towels which was great. Good security we felt very safe.

Park Hotel ligt in het zakelijke en uitgaansgebied. Het biedt ruime accommodatie met een ligbad en uitzicht op het meer Hussain Sagar. The hotel has a beautiful atmosphere. Attention to detail was given to the decor. Rooms were super comfortable & had everything a traveller needs. Staff were awesome. It was my birthday & Maniak from reception made it extra special by the cake & fruit platter, with compliments from the hotel.

The 5-star Trident Chennai features an outdoor pool, pampering spa treatments and 24-hour room service. The hotel is located near Chennai airport and is 12 km from the railway station. The customer service was excellent! From efficient pre-arrival communications, a smooth check-in (all prior arrangements were ready), walked me out to the fitness centre outdoor at night, arranged bfast food packs as we would check out for our flight before the buffet started; just overall a considerate and thoughtful team at Trident. Eventhough we only stayed for one night, we were very happy especially since we had a poor experience at another nearby airport hotel week prior.

The hotel is excellently located near the airport (close enough to walk (5 mins)), although prior communication with the hotel (via WhatsApp) assured me that they would have sent a car to collect me. The staff are all pleasant, engaged and willing to help, even if your problem doesn't appear to be in their direct area. My experience was only enhanced (but am sure would have been the same) had I not been upgraded to a suite, but this was a nice touch that I'm sure they didn't need to do. I didn't get to experience most of the facilities of the hotel (pool, rooftop bar) due to time pressures, but the Restaurant was great... varied breakfast, better croissants that I get in US/ European hotels. Staff remember you personally. (maybe also that as a v.tall westerner I am somewhat distinctive!!)

The room was so clean, and I like the automatic WC. The food was delicious, and we enjoyed it the Indian taste.

The golden sand beach is inviting, and the ocean water is clean but not clear (I doubt this is a flaw of the place, it's just the nature of the ocean in this part of the world.) There are nice waves to play in in the water, and there's no stones in the water. The water also doesn't get deep too rapidly. It's a great beach overall, especially considering that it's usually empty aside from another hotel guest or two sharing it with you. Regarding the shore reinforcement work nearby, when we went the work happening on the beach was basically done in front of Ether, and they were working on the next segment over. I would say it's no longer an issue to be concerned about. The accommodations are spacious, spotless, and meticulously maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay. The pool at the resort is pristine and spotless, so if the waves on the beach are too big, you can still cool off in the pool. We were seriously impressed how clean the pool was. There is no fixed menu, which can make it difficult to know what dishes are available or possible, especially for foreign guests who may be unfamiliar with the options. That said, the meals are overall enjoyable, thoughtfully prepared, and of good quality. Prices at the restaurant are midway between touristy restaurants and the more local (but still touristy restaurants). The manager is friendly and eager to assist with arranging transportation or fulfilling other requests. Thank you Max for taking good care of us. :) The staff are exceptionally attentive and service-oriented, despite occasional language challenges. All in all, Ether Marari Beachfront is peaceful oasis with warm hospitality with all the western amenities. Most of all, we appreciated that this is not a giant corporate resort, so you still get that personal touch.
