The room was exceptional . I stayed in the panoramic room overlooking Hussain Sagar. Fantastic. Was able to get a Cappuccino even at 3 AM. The staff were very courteous . Breakfast was exceptional. Special kudos to Sanjana at the breakfast table. She was happy to help me despite my numerous nagging requests at the table :). Gym was neat and clean . The pool was outstanding ! Would stay here if I were to visit Hyderabad again.

Featuring an outdoor swimming pool, spa and wellness centre and fitness centre, Trident, Hyderabad is close to Raheja Mindspace IT Park. It has a well-equipped business centre and meeting space. Absolutely fantastic stay! Our large family group had an unforgettable experience at this hotel. The building itself was immaculate, reflecting the high standards maintained throughout. A special shout-out to the front desk staff including Prachi who ensured we had a hassle free check-in, whose warm welcome and exceptional service made us feel right at home. The breakfast spread was superb, with a wide variety of delicious options that catered to all tastes, everyone in our group regardless of age had something special to pick from elaborate buffet spread. Additionally, the restaurant staff including Sherpa went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful dining experience. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future!

We had a pleasant stay at Deccan Serai. The room and the bathroom were super clean and the staff was very responsive and resourceful with quick room service. The restaurant within the Hotel served delicious food, had in-room delivery until late in the night. Overall, a fine experience !!
