Hotel Triglav opende voor het eerst haar deuren in 1906. Na een grondige renovatie is het 4-sterrenhotel in april 2009 opnieuw geopend. Small train station adjacent to hotel made for a convenient (and Old World) arrival. Breakfast was a choice of gourmet dishes; dinner was an array of local and seasonal dishes. Wine tasting was beyond my expectations. View was an ever-changing panorama of the lake. When it was dry, it was an easy walk to Bled along the lake path, an easy 30 minute walk to the Gorge and about two hours to walk around the entire lake. When it rained, I spent lazy days enjoying the indoor pool, sauna and cozy bar downstairs (best place to read) - all of which had unobstructed views to the lake. Staff were wonderful; facilities and room were immaculate yet homey (this is the only hotel I've stay at with Persian rugs in the elevator). It was like being a pampered guest at a family estate.

LOVED the location, the quiet surroundings and stunning landscapes all around. There were also cows right next to the property that liked being pet. Our dog could run free and play with the other dogs. The owner is really friendly and the place was very clean and comfy. Highly recommend it!! 👌

Lived the room - very cozy, with a lovely alcove. All kinds of little details, like fresh cookies on arrival. Breakfast was delicious and staff is very attentive. We appreciated that the breakfast was not the standard breakfast you get at hotels - it was varied, interesting and very tasty. Lots of alternatives for vegetarians, vegans, etc. Access to the sauna at the aquapark across the street was nice - easy to go there, we enjoyed the sauna. Sound isolation of room was great, parking was free and easy. This place is the perfect getaway around Bohinj, highly recommende!

Garden Paradise Bled Apartments - garden, pond and castle view in Bled biedt accommodatie met uitzicht op de tuin, een buitenzwembad, een tuin, een privéstrand, watersportfaciliteiten en een barbecue.... It's a great place, away from the city where you might have crowds (especially in summer), cosy and clean. We were visiting Bled in October, so it was quite cold to swim in the pond, even though some of us jumped in for a couple of seconds:))) I can imagine it's also very nice in summer. In the kitchen we had everything necessary to prepare meals, and the communication with the hosts was quick and effective. I would definitely return!

Hiša Katja-Privat wellness ligt in Kranjska Gora, op 34 km van Sporthal Bled en 35 km van Adventure Mini Golf Panorama. The views from the terrace were magnificent having the Julian Alps in front of us. Having a private jacuzzi on the balcony was a great experience! The hosts were very hospitable. They brought us some food and drink. The location was awesome. No noise and close to all the main sites we wanted to see. The greatest surprise of all was to find that we were only 10 minutes drive from the border with Italy and Austria. So we explored the Fusino Lakes and had dinner in Tarvisio.
