Carlotta the host is magnificent she is so helpful giving us all the information we needed to get around Taormina and she has great recommendations for restaurants and great fun things to do. She left us a bottle of Italian Prosecco to enjoy and that was such a nice touch. She was the most kind caring and wonderful host. Thank you Carlotta for making our stay fabulous.

Free WiFi is featured throughout the property and private parking is available on site. The aparthotel features family rooms and facilities for disabled guests. We absolutely loved everything; the apartments were spacious; clean and well designed for optimum space - minimally and tastefully decorated and everything you need from robes and slippers to a beach bag and throw; coffee machine with fresh pastries delivered in the morning. We had the ground floor; patio and garden space; so comfy to sit outside - if you want a better view - suggest one of the higher floors but we were happy with the garden and tree as the beach with great views is just across the road. Advise keep to the right of the road for reasonable prices; restaurants with a view charge for it. Nice grocery store with friendly people just under apartment and parking space. Our host Carmello was kind and helpful and very responsive. Beach directly in front of apartment was better than isola bella beach. Nice pool for tanning in the property. Friendly cleaning ladies too. We don't repeat many trips but this one we will for sure. Highly recommend - Lancu Charme and Taormina was a highlight of our week in Sicily.

Etna… interior design was super nice, felt very safe with the gate and cameras, and the place itself was spacious. I loved the espresso machine as we had many coffees a day. Roberto was very responsive and was like your own personal concierge (if you need anything) though we didn’t need to request much. Robes were comfy, bed was soft, and balcony was huge. 10/10 spot for the price.
