Luxurious facilities. We chose the traditional rooms with a private onsen, and it was a truly immersive cultural experience. Stepping out onto the terrace at night in November and soaking in the onsen while listening to the river is something that will stay with us forever. The buffet-style dinner and breakfast were outstanding in both quality and variety. The staff were extremely professional, efficient, friendly, and attentive—fully in line with Japan’s high standards, and genuinely impressive.

Posizionato a Utsunomiya, Hotel EL Utsunomiya 7 free parking mette a disposizione camere a 5 stelle con balcone privato. The location was great. It was very easy to find and accessing the room was easy. Literally right across the street from Utsunomiya Station. We could even see it from our room. We liked that there were so many beds, it was spacious, the rooms were clean, the kitchen was spotless and came with free food such as microwaveable pasta, water, etc (1 per guest). The TV is huge and we could watch Netflix and YouTube. The apartment is on the top floor so noise was never a problem. My favorite part of place was probably the bathroom. It was BIG, AND the tub is a jacuzzi! All amenities, dishes and the such were included so the place actually felt like home.

Located outside Tobu nikko Center 35 min by train in nature. Great relaxing spot ands supermarkets and a few restaurants near by in walking distance. We stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed the onsen and Nikko.
