Enai is located in the forest, on the shore of the Madre de Dios River, 15 minutes from the city of Puerto Maldonado. Enai has a restaurant, outdoor pool, bar and garden. We initially planned to stay 2 nights at this hotel then our return flight was cancelled and the team at Enai was extremely helpful in picking us up from the airport and accommodating a new room for us with such short notice. Claudia who helps organize the tours is very flexible and helped us book the tours that were of most interest to us at our preferred timings (canopee walk and lake Sandoval highly recommended) The food is really good which is very important as you are likely to have several meals at the hotel. Room is very spacious and clean. Would recommend booking rooms with AC as it gets quite humid and hot at night.

Kapievi Ecovillage biedt accommodatie in Puerto Maldonado en beschikt over een vegetarisch restaurant. De accommodatie ligt op 15 minuten rijden van het belangrijkste plein van de stad. Very comfortable stay. Anthony has created a beautiful oasis and the pool/ yoga hut was a fantastic way to help with the heat. Spacious room with air con. Very filling breakfast, friendly staff and hot water available. About a 5-10 min ride away from town centre which is enough to get away from the noise but close enough to duck out for a meal. Wish we had a few more nights!

Posada Casa Bonita bevindt zich in Puerto Maldonado en biedt een buitenzwembad, een gedeelde lounge en een bar. Great place to chill for a few days. All rooms are equpipped with fan and AC and private bathroom and fridge. Clean place all over. Theres a bar, a beautiful pool and the host is fantastic and very friendly. Even took us out to buy some food anf other stuff. Helped us with everything. This place wilk make you chill out. Its worth it. There is harldy anything bad we can mention.

CHOMI HOUSE TAMBOPATA bevindt zich in Puerto Maldonado en biedt accommodatie met een buitenzwembad, gratis WiFi, een tuin en een terras. The stay at Chomi House was a dream come true. Everything and I really mean everything was perfect. We were even picked up by our host from the airport and he took us back with all our luggage. Elmer and his family are very friendly, helpful and we felt a 100% safe and welcome all the time. The house is very clean, comfortable and we loved the hammocks and the pool. The best thing of all, what we discovered later on, are the tours he organises. Very IMPORTANT!!!!! Book the tours at his place since they are perfectly organised and better than similar once in get your guide. We did two tours and we got professional guides who really knew what they do!!!! We regret not having known that from the beginning. Communication was always very smooth and easy. We will definitely return!!

Shintuyahotsprings is gelegen in Santa Rosa en biedt een tuin. De herberg heeft een buitenzwembad, thermaalbad en een gedeelde keuken. The cabins and shelters and hotsprings are rustic and relaxing. The view from the lodge across the river is idyllic. The host picked us up from Shintuya and made us breakfast and lunch for a small cost.

Corto Maltes Amazonía ligt in Puerto Maldonado in de regio Madre de Dios en biedt bungalows diep in de Amazone-jungle. Er is een gratis pendeldienst van/naar de luchthaven beschikbaar. Very nice lodge, in the middle of the jungle. Many birds and small wild life in the lodge. Expeditions organised by the lodge are various and with excellent guide (Moses). The swimming pool is a plus. Cook is great. Bungalows are very confortable. We highly recommend !

Clean rooms with anti mosquito net and ventilador. Complete breakfast incl. Juice coffee bread butter jam eggs and fruits. Wifi that is working. Good location close to main plaza and other amenities

La Habana Area de Conservación Amazonica ligt in Puerto Maldonado en biedt accommodatie met een balkon. De eigen badkamer is volledig uitgerust en heeft een douche en gratis toiletartikelen. My experience was excellent. The staff were always very kind and helpful, and the pool and facilities were very well maintained and spotlessly clean. In addition, their cocktails and food were truly delicious.

Hotel Jose Antonios Inn biedt accommodatie met gratis WiFi in Puerto Maldonado en beschikt over een buiten- en een binnenzwembad. De Obelisco ligt op 35 meter afstand. Clean, comfortable, air conditioned room, quiet, warm water for shower!, table & chair in room, plenty of storage in room, good free breakfast. Very hospitable and helpful and friendly. My room was cleaned and linens changed and toilet paper roll renewed daily. 30 minute walk to the Main Square, so I sometimes got a motorbike taxi for 5 Sols or so.
