Our spa massage was another highlight, fully relaxing and beautifully done. The entire property felt carefully designed to inspire calm, with elegant amenities and thoughtful touches everywhere. What made the stay unforgettable, though, were the small moments: walking along the wooden viewpoints by the lake, savoring the peaceful landscape, and exploring the "Horta do Chefe" where we met baby goats and other animals. It felt like being connected to nature without giving up any comfort. Octant Évora captures the soul of Alentejo: slow, warm, delicious, and full of life. I can't wait to come back in the summer and enjoy it all over again, this time with even more sun, pool time, and long walks by the water :)

The room was clinically looking but very cool and comfortable for the hot days we had in Évora.

Housed in a former Alentejo convent, it dates back to the 12th century with 750 hectares. The dinner was excellent, which surprised us. Both my did & my husband were great! Service was good.

Wonderful newly renovated place. We had Apartment A which was massive with a full kitchen, in-room bathtub as well as a shower. Staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. A great location for walking everywhere. Paid parking outside which is not expensive and free on Sundays.

The staff was wonderful and we loved the pool and parking. It was very easy to drive to the town of Monzaras, which was wonderful. If I return to this part of Portugal in the future, I will definitely stay at Horta da Moura.

Certain units at the property feature a balcony with a city view. Cicioso Boutique Hotel was perfect in every way! From the moment we were greeted on arrival by Dario to our departure, we were welcomed and cared for. Our room was spacious, with lovely views from the big windows. The hotel was originally a family home and the renovation has kept many of the original features. The outdoor space is beautiful with many options for sitting outside by the pool in good weather or from a covered balcony . The breakfast was spectacular with so many different options served in a lovely breakfast room. By far the best part of an already perfect stay was the attention and care we received from Dario, the hotel manager. He is the kindest, most welcoming person and we feel fortunate to have met him. This won't be our last visit to Cicioso and Evora.
