The bed mattress is very comfortable, also my relative had an excellent sleep in spite of their back problems. The room is also very quiet. The hotel atmosphere is lovely. I have to emphasize the attitude of the staff - they are so wonderful, professional and smiling. All of them: at the reception, restaurant, cleaning and maintainance, and manager. The food is amazing. Breakfast has a variety of everything, very tasty! We also had the dinner at the hotel every evening during our stay, the menu is very well put together, a lot of tasty options. Our dinner was perfect every time, we tried the "dorada" fish with polenta, eggplant salad, shrimp salad, salmon-avocado starter, "papanasi" desert... The spa is wonderful with inside + outside pool, Finnish and salt saunas, and lovely music. Last, but not least, all places (indoor + outdoon hotel premises) are spotless clean. This is our second time at River hotel and we are looking forward for our next stay. <3

It's really worth mentioning that the owner is very kind and friendly, he will go above and beyond to make sure your stay is unforgettable. We enjoyed his stories, and heard nice ideas he had for the villa.
