Free WiFi is available throughout. Clean spacious room, very pleasent staff and good facilities made our 3 day stay ideal for leisure. Hotel offers excellent selection of food for breakfast and dinner. All employees were so pleasant and helpful.

Various massage and beauty treatments can be organised. Everything was good. Souna and steam bath were working excellent.

Veoma ljubazno osoblje na recepciji, u kafiću i restoranu. Iako smo kasnili na večeru chef je odlučio da nas čeka sa večerom umjesto lunch paketa. Nažalost nismo imali vremena koristiti bazen i spa, razlog više za ponovnu posjetu 😁

Ovaj hotel je prevazišao sva naša očekivanja,počevši od toga da je osoblje jako ljubazno, izlazi u susret za bilo koje pitanje.Takodje,rezervisali smo sobu sa doručkom a dobili smo i večeru sva 3 dana-bez doplate, to još nigde nismo doživeli.Spa centar je prelep, imali smo ga praktično samo za sebe a devojka koja radi je preljubazna.Sve u svemu, pravi odmor.Dolazimo ponovo sigurno,sledeći put u sezoni.

We visited in low season, so definitely that also has it's effect, we prefer travelling when it's not overcrowded. The staff was wonderful and pleasant from the front desk to everyone else. Kudos to them for keeping their positive energy and being kind. The pool and spa was super clean which I also liked and appreciated. The pool isn't too deep, it's just 1,4m which we found perfect for some relaxing swimming and the ideal length to do some circles. I loved the breakfast and dinner options as the food varied everyday and we had "homemade options" which I really appreciated having fresh salads, soups, several dishes and options for everyone's taste. The room looked as in the picture and it had an amazing view. Definitely coming back to this location.

The apartment is cozy, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the space has everything needed for both short and long stays. The host was excellent, always willing to help. Without a doubt, the best place to stay in Kopaonik!
