I can’t rate this property highly enough. We thought about doing some exploring in the area but in the end were so comfortable and relaxed that we stayed at the property each day to chill in the pool area and garden. The hosts are simply amazing. So friendly and helpful. There’s a genuine homely and family feel to the place. The evening meal was very tasty and balanced each evening and the breakfast was quite varied and generous. The location is quite remote and off the beaten track. It was a lovely contrast to some busy days of sightseeing elsewhere. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Truly exceeded my expectations - spacious room, very kind and helpful stuff, beautiful surroundings, and delicious food were just amazing. Option to stay in the spa after checking out is very nice and makes the whole experience unforgettable. I wish prosperity to the hotel and to each person who works there.

The front desk staff are THE BEST! They helped me with a million questions, were so kind and welcoming every time I stopped by, and we're just overall some of the best, most welcoming hotel staff I've ever interacted with! The hotel itself has lovely old charm and is ornate and gorgeous, but the rooms are still modern and updated. I was in a room by the elevator but didn't even notice the noise. I had a delightful view onto the courtyard. The spa and wellness area is fantastic with many different options, both for pools and for services. I was able to book 2 services at the last minute, and they were lovely and reasonably priced. Breakfast was FANTASTIC. A great buffet with a variety of selections. I was just sad I'm not very hungry in the mornings so I couldn't eat more.

MAGNOLIA HOUSE by the RIVER BB si trova a Primostek e propone la vista sul lago, una piscina all'aperto, un giardino, una sala comune e un bar. Il posto è una meraviglia! Svegliarsi a due passi dal fiume e nel totale silenzio, immersi nel verde... I bambini (noi ne abbiamo due, di 3 e 4 anni) possono correre a piedi scalzi, raccogliere le ghiande, ascoltare il picchio, seguire le libellule, salutare le mucche. La casa è accogliente e dotata di tutto l' occorrente necessario. La Jacuzzi riscaldata è una coccola, anche se fuori piove... Il fiume è calmo, permette di nuotare tranquillamente e se siete attrezzati con sup o canoa è davvero bello da vivere! Per i bambini la "piscina" nel fiume è perfetta, sicura perché si possano divertire. Il personale sempre gentile e disponibile. Attorno c'è poco o nulla, e per noi questo è un plus. La zona è rurale. Per fare la spesa bastano 5 minuti di macchina (Spar). Siamo stati benissimo e lo consigliamo assolutamente a chi voglia dedicarsi del tempo a contatto con la natura (non a chi cerca mondanità).
