We loved our cottage ,so clean and nearby everything. Kitchen w Mr Coffee maker plus coffee for next morning was perfect. As was the super clean fridge and bathroom. Appreciated the quiet.

This Montauk hotel is located directly across from the beach and boasts an outdoor heated pool and rooms with a terrace. Montauk village is .5 miles away. Liz and her staff are beyond exceptional. Lovely Erica at reception. Voldy at the pool always had a smile- extra towels, sunscreen. Tennis court has pickleball lines too. In pristine condition. Easy sign up sheet. Change over/ room care teams are thorough and efficient. With crisp white cotton sheets. Pillows are soft. Ice machine working well. Grounds beautifully maintained. Lovely new logos and stickers - little touches do matter. Just look at how many guests are repeat customers - that says it all.

Right across the road from the stunning beach and a short walk into the town. Good value for money for the location. We would definitely stay here again if we came back to the area.

We slept like babies after sunset boardwalk strolls. There’s also a proper gym on site, so we could offset all the “vacation decisions” we made at dinner. 😅 What really sets this place apart is the host. Warm, proactive, genuinely thoughtful—the kind of hospitality that feels effortless because it’s real. He even made me an iced coffee (I’m usually not a fan) that was so good I asked for the recipe. Communication was smooth end-to-end and check-in/check-out were a breeze. If you’re debating where to stay in the Pines, this is your sign. Beautiful property, heated pool, huge comfy beds, gym for the motivated—and a host who turns a great trip into an unforgettable one. We’ll be back. 🇿🇦❤️

The house is beautifully finished, the rooms are spacious and the rain forest shower was awesome. We used the bikes to cycle to the wineries and enjoyed relaxing outside at the firepit in the evening.
