I loved Dinah's reception, she is wonderful, attentive, kind, she is incredible! I loved that the hotel has a wonderful breakfast and also a delicious dinner every day included in the stay! This is spectacular!!

Located 1 mile from the New Orleans French Quarter, this hotel features an outdoor swimming pool and a whirlpool. Free Wi-Fi is also included. Staff were the highlight for me. It is in a super safe neighborhood. Won't be able to enter the hotel (except at the guarded main entrance) or take the lift to anywhere without a key card. I stayed there for a little over 11 nights and had the most wonderful chats with the staff there. Everyone is so lovely! I was given a free upgrade! It was a nice little 1 bhk, excellent (except for a couple of thjngs), excellent washroom and basin, wonderful bedroom with the best view (again thanks to all the staff at the reception). I cannot appreciate and thank the staff more. I don't know if it's Southern hospitality or New Orleans but they were possibly the best staff I hsbe ever come across. Ready smile, warm greeting, and they genuinely want you to have a good time. The security guards at the entrance have the best suggestions for tourists-- places only locals would know.

Situato a Metairie, a meno di 1 km dal Lakeside Shopping Centre, il Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott New Orleans Metairie offre camere con aria condizionata. Great breakfast options! Room was clean and the bathroom upgrade was beautiful. The location was 15 mins away from the Pontchartrain Convention & Civic Center which we had a competition at and there were tons of food options near the hotel. Great experience and will be booking again next year.
