The room with a mountain view was absolutely breathtaking — waking up to such a view was unforgettable. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-prepared. The breakfast was delicious and very varied, with plenty of options to choose from. A special mention to Julie, who made our stay even more enjoyable with her kindness and professionalism. She went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience. Highly recommended!

The owner was very helpful, she helped us with everything and arranged it. Scooter and trekking tour can be arranged right here. She cooks you fresh and good food anytime. Beautiful view from the rooms. We got a free room upgrade and also early check in. Great satisfaction and we would definitely come back.

We had a great time in Sapa staying here. The room was clean, warm & cosy and the staff were friendly and extremely accommodating. Before we arrived I messaged Huyen to ask for advice about getting from Hanoi airport to Sapa, I was expecting her to give some recommendations but she went above and beyond - asking what time our flight arrived and booking the bus for us all the way to Sapa. She even booked a taxi to pick us up off the bus and take us to the accommodation. The same was done when we returned to Hanoi and all we had to do was pay at the end of our stay. This made getting to and from Sapa so seamless and easy for us. While we were there we also organised a day of trekking with Huyen at the hotel. The guide met us at our hotel and led us through the small villages & rice fields which was great. Again, all we had to do was tell Huyen what we wanted to do and she organised it all. The two men who worked there were also great but I didn’t catch their names! We ordered dinner at the hotel after a long day of walking and it was fine and there were vegetarian options. Some of the previous reviews of the food were very critical but it’s worth noting you are in the mountains so food is there to serve a purpose and not the focus of what this hotel has to offer. We were here in January which is winter in Sapa but it was about 16C and sunny so perfect weather for walking. I can only imagine how beautiful the area is in the summer!

It's right next to rice fields, meaning you'll take your morning coffee while watching water buffalos eat and cool down in the mud. Chickens walk around the property, and a lovely grey striped cat hangs around the property looking for cuddles. The bed is big and comfortable, and the room and bathroom is lovely. It takes about 30 minutes by car to get to Sapa city, but we enjoyed the rural area around the lodge much more than the city itself. We would highly recommend staying here.
