What a fantastic team! Panasha, Rahit, Rasul were amazing! After an initial hiccup we were upgraded to a fabulous suite which was totally unexpected. Their service was exemplary, nothing was a problem or too much trouble from providing directions to storing our bags. A birthday treat was even provided for my husband. The hotel location is perfect, the Marina view from the rooms was amazing! The facilities are fabulous… Definitely recommend a stay here!

wonderful area and surroundings with nature full of beautiful trees, flowers, grass. Possible to do many sports even horse riding. We enjoyed everyday running outside around golf course. Beach was perfect with full equipment, possibility to do water sports. Meals very delicious, we had half board and appreciated to try more restaurants around and also choice to switch lunch or dinner. Thank you for such amazing experience in your resort. The weather was just right and theservice in the hotel was far above expectations. Downside: difficulty in using public transport; distance from DXB airport; ambient noise on the streets; difficulty in getting one's bearings without using a taxi; over-hyping of Christmas and consumerism. Dubai is uniquely exciting, but probably unsuitable for the very elderly and the infirm.

Great camp with the BEST staff.

Great camp with the BEST staff. They tend to your needs around the clock. My only drawback is the restroom situation. The toilet and shower is in one very small stall. Had to hang change of clothes in different stall to keep the shower from wetting them. Another drawback is COLD showers. No hot water at all even after letting it run for some time. My husband caught a slight cold because the desert gets cool in the evening, and the walk back to the tent from the cold shower did him in. Also on my booking confirmation , it said there would be a bidet in the tent. There was not one, but I think that is best. Not mad about that at all. On a good note, we really enjoyed the dishes we were served with such great variety. The entertainment was nice. We booked for two nights, but one night is more than enough. I would definitely recommend this camp to anyone wanting a different Dubai experience.

This is one of the best places I stayed in Dubai. The apartment is beautiful, with a comfortable bed, a nice high desk to work from, plenty of room in the cupboards, a great kitchen and bathroom. Host was extremely helpful and communicative, an excellent host. The parking is easy and covered. The pool is beautiful, with very comfortable sun lounges, perfect to relax after a long day at work. I will definitely book this place again.

Some areas are very spread out, so transportation can take time. The weather is good during winter time. I loved the way it looked so neat and different from other places we had been. The quality of the food was amazing everywhere. There was way to much to see and do for 5 days. I was so sad to see that people did not respect the place or one another. For example, people were rude and budged often. On our boat trip my husband and kids were shocked to see the people there throwing garbage outright onto the ocean. I was so surprised. I did not know who to tell. I can see the sheikh is trying to keep everything clean but people are not respectful. Maybe this is enabling people to be lazy. Perhaps a system were you can punish people for the serious crime of ruining our important resource of water which is scarcer each day, would be super important.
