Beautiful hotel, great location. Each room has a gorgeous view of the bay, and the bathroom has large panoramic windows. The restaurant has delicious breakfasts, and you can also have a delicious dinner (very tasty meat, sweet potato puree, wine). There is a swimming pool and a spa center, you can order a massage (excellent masseuse, I recommend!). There are several sun loungers and umbrellas. You can also walk to the Pier, there is a beautiful view of the lake, and you can feel the privacy. The staff is polite and nice, but almost no one speaks English.

The beautiful decor, super cosy, the underfloor heating, the lighting, spaciousness, bar stool sitting and dining table options, the bed linen, excellent kitchen facilites, bringing complementary tea and alfajores to the room upon arrival. The location is incredible and the view from reception and the rooms over the lake is awesome. The room is large and the bed comfortable. The bathroom is amazing, relaxing in the whirlpool bath enjoying the view is a treat. The staff are wonderful, really friendly and helpful. There is a nice beer house and restaurant approx 10 minute walk from hotel. Great hotel, loved our stay here.

The staff were incredibly accommodating and attentive. The room was comfortable with an unforgettable view, and the spa was so lovely that we didn't want to spend time anywhere else. Highly recommend the restaurant degustation with the wine tasting... it was a highly considered menu with impeccable service. Absolutely wonderful stay - we didn't want to leave!

A lovely hotel. Great facilities and the staff are very welcoming and happy to help. It has a spectacular view from all areas of the hotel. The swimming pool and it’s area are a really good place to relax. They will bring you lunch by the pool. If we come back to this area we will stay for longer as it was so relaxing and perfectly placed for excursions.

A delightful little Swiss-type village up the mountain, about an hour's drive from the Bariloche Airport. The beautiful snow-capped mountains, the azure lakes, the meandering trails along the river and streams, and the picturesque village can be considered a "paradise on earth." The locals are so kind, helpful, and just wonderful. They should teach people in other places about true hospitality and customer service! In the shops, restaurants, hotels, and on the streets, the people are beyond wonderful in helping us. Their genuine warmth, kindness, and friendliness are among the reasons we keep returning whenever visiting Argentina!
