The host family are all very welcoming and friendly and very happy to answer and questions and give advice when asked. Prior to our stay they communicated very well and also git a highchair fir our use. Swimming pool was perfect with the weather being very warm!

Highly recommended place to stay! Great for couples as well as families – our children loved it and even ranked it above other holiday attractions.
The apartment itself was very spacious, nicely designed, and consists of several separate rooms. It was spotlessly clean, both in the kitchen and the bathroom. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed (except a freezer in the fridge). There is a lovely balcony connected to the terrace, perfect for enjoying the view – and the view is absolutely gorgeous, just like in the pictures.
On top of that, there is a spa available for guests free of charge, which was great. Our children especially enjoyed the little stream and the grassy area in the neighborhood where they could play and relax (though note there are no swings or dedicated play equipment).
We would definitely recommend this place – and when we are in the area again, we’ll be happy to return.
Communication with the owner was good, and parking is available on the private property. One thing to be aware of: the road to the location takes about 20 minutes and is sometimes steep and narrow – but the amazing view at the top is absolutely worth it.

Our room seemed to be renovated not long time ago - it smelled pine there as it was used for the bed and shelves - so nice ! We liked it so much, so relaxing ! The room is spacious and clean, there is everything you need for the comfort stay. We also had a balcony with an amazing view to the snowy mountains, definitely worth it !

Great location and lovely room. We had an excellent dinner and a lovely breakfast with local delicious ingredients. Saw some comments about the room being too hot but you can just open the window and enjoy a bit of fresh mountain air.

The property seems great in the pictures but that is far...
The property seems great in the pictures but that is far from the truth. On booking.com pictures of a modern facility are shown but once you are there they will allocate you in rooms in the old property (nothing like the one on the picture)!!!
It is far from a four star facility, it seems more like a youth hostel: Room temperature was 28 degrees (no A.C - upon complaint we were advised by the hotel staff to sleep with open windows) there were hairs on the bed, floor and side table. Most of breakfast items were out by 8 so try to have breakfast before 8!!
I will definitely never stay in this property again because it is a waste of money.

The hotel was clean and the rooms were comfortable I think there was AC or perhaps it was just that the ambient was comfortable. The hotel is well suited for travelers , near highway. The only negative was that there is not adequate parking near the hotel, their adverts suggested otherwise. We arrived at eight PM on a Saturday night and their restaurant was completely booked so we had to eat at a near by Italian restaurant -Pronto. Very good meal and excellent service. The breakfast was very good, especially the wide selection of breads.

Tulfes is a hidden gem to get away from it all.
Tulfes is a hidden gem to get away from it all. Not far from Innsbruck, so you can easily go for a day in that lovely city, but far enough away and up the mountainside to feel completely out of the rat race. The village itself has a few restaurants and the odd bar/shop but not much else. There is a Spar supermarket and fuel 5 mins away by car in the next village. The views on a clear day are just unbelievable - and I say this as a Scot who is no stranger to the Scottish mountains!
Tip on the restaurants if you require gluten free - they're not great I'm afraid. Very few options. If you dont speak German its a bit tricky as most places dont have translated menus or websites, so you either have to speak German or hope you find someone who speaks your language...
Tulfes has a superb cable car that takes you a good way up one of the mountains, but the last 650m ascent is up to you! There is a fantastic woodland adventure at the first station (the cable car to the top is in two sections) where kids can hire a 'kugel' (wooden ball) to run down fixed or build-your-own wooden runs. €10 each but €8 refunded on return of the kugel, so thats €2 each for hours of healthy fun, away from screens, in fresh mountain air.

Hall in Tirol is a large Village Small Town 22km from Innsbruck.It consists of the Old town surrounded by New Build in the oldstyle which mixes very well. The local people are extremely and helpful to visitors. Public transport between other villages and Innsbruck is excellent and frequent and you can obtain from the Tourist Information centre a 3 5 or 7 day City pass.which gives you not only free regional transport but free access to museums and other such places of interest but also a free ride on two cable cars.
The Nordketter and the Pachekofel.
Which was only replaced some 10yrs
ago. There is so much to see and do in the region that I could spend all night. Enough for now.

Friendly hotel mostly occupied by hikers and people that appreciate quiet. We stayed here for one night in transit. It was not cheap - if you search you could find better value for money but overall this was a good place to stay.
The pool is very nice with a great view of the mountains. For dinner we had to go in town - in the village there was not a lot of choice but Innsbruck is just 30 mins drive down the mountain.
I would recommend for hikers and mountain bikers
