Everything. This hotel impressed me. The total score on booking is 8.4, but I do not think it is true. This should be well above. The building itself is lovely, historical. Rooms are spacious, with all essential comforts. It is very clean, and still offering daily cleaning of the room, something that I have not seen for ages. It offers a free car park and sauna. The breakfast is various and with plenty of choices. The restaurant, is a must. One of the best tried in austria

Hotel/room was VERY clean even when the hotel itself seems to be quite old but the original facility was part of the charm! Staff was friendly and breakfast very good, coffee/eggs were served to table by the lovely lady. Very nice experience.

Schloss Hotel Fernsteinsee with its own castle is set at the foot of the sunny side of the Fernpass, only a few kilometers from the Zugspitze Mountain.

Everything was perfect! Comfortable, clean, spacious, and very welcoming. Jasmin is a perfect host. It's located in the village centre, close to the church. Nice restaurant close by. A small supermarket and bakery are only a 10 minute walk away. Level parking should you be on a motorbike. Nassereith is a beautiful village off the Fern Pass.

Eckhard immediately made us feel like home and even waited for us due to trafficjams from our side. We really appreciated that! The apartment was very very nice and had an amazing hobbit theme. The beds were very comfortable and it was super clean
