- From US$130.77 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.1Very good - What previous guests thought, 572 reviewsWe had booked into another Hotel and our Director advised us to stay here as it is clean and safe. I walked in the room and was totally surprised how big, clean and well thought out and decorated it was. So neat too. I liked how we could park right outside our units, which made us feel safe as well as the friendly reminders to lock doors. and the added security of the bolts in the sliding doors.Guest review byAnneAustralia

An excellent place to take short trips from, for example Emma gorge or Wyndham. The town is small but there are some very nice eating spots. Great for fishing, with Barramundi being the fish to catch. I would highly recommend hiring a 4wd then you can get around the town and also explore some great places that are out of town but accessible only by 4WD. But don't panic nearly all the tour operators will pick you up from the place you are staying if you choose not to hire a car. Check the temperature because it can be very hot.Guest review bySteve RodgersAustralia - 8.0

I really enjoyed all the day tours I was able to do from Kununurra to Lake Argyle, Bungle Bungle, Mitchell Falls and El Questro and there are some lovely art galleries in town. Generally people were friendly however I wouldn't venture out after dark. I was very glad I chose the Kimberley Croc Motel as it is very central, right opposite Coles, so easy walking distance. It's nothing flash but has a lovely little pool and courtyard, a good laundry and kitchen so very economical, and also pet-friendly. It is also secure. If you have a vehicle there is lovely accommodation on the edge of town beside or near the lake.Guest review byPamela - 8.0
There are hidden gems.
There are hidden gems. Some great galleries and the landscape around Kununurra especially Lake Argyle - breathtaking; over 350 billion years old. The sunset cruise on Lake Argyle is a must do. Wanted to see the Bungle Bungles... but needed another person to book a seat for the flight. There is a great coffee shop in the centre of town - yummy cakes. You can also learn more about Argyle Diamonds which are stunning. Artopia is a fantastic gallery in town and there is an Indigenous Art Gallery on the outskirts - a very inspiring place. Kununurra suprised me. It has a lot to offer - it is a great starting point if you want to explore the Kimberly.Guest review byAngelaAustralia
