- From US$232.12 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.8Fabulous - What previous guests thought, 253 reviewsWe were on a road trip to the snow and sadly arrived late both times to appreciate our surroundings. We appreciate the phone calls months ago as we had booked two nights one week apart that would have looked like a booking mistake on our behalf so thank you all for making sure we had booked both dates.Guest review byMarry ApplePhilippines
- Scored out of 10, guest rating 8.8Fabulous - What previous guests thought, 17 reviewsWe really liked the accommodation. It was very comfortable and the location right by the sea was excellent. There are great hiking trails nearby and the centre of Prost Stevens/Nelson Bay is not far away. If we didn't live so far away, we would love to come back often.Guest review byMichaelGermany

Location was great for access to beach & town.
Location was great for access to beach & town. Pools at the resort appear well maintained & spread across the resort. Ideal for golfers. Rooms very poor quality for the cost. Single beds not setup & using double bed linen. Kitchen has junk crockery & old applicances. Bathroom always very wet after showering. Balcony not cleaned despite debri from trees.Guest review byJeff InnesAustralia - 8.0
I liked being able to Whale watch from Shelly Beach.
I liked being able to Whale watch from Shelly Beach. We saw three pods of whales with 9 whales in total. Admittedly, although we could see them from the beach, we needed binoculars to get a better look. Make sure you visit Sea Acres Rainforest Boardwalk, and take your time to listen and soak up the amazing atmosphere.Guest review bySteveAustralia - 10.0

Forster is like many other NSW North Coast towns, recreation facilities abound as you are surrounded by Oceans & Lakes. Shopping is mainly centred at the Stockland Mall which is a short car ride away from the centre of town & Beach-side accommodation. There are plenty of Clubs & Pubs for entertainment & if you take yer Fishing Gear you'll be set like a jelly. If you happen to enjoy Oysters the lakeside Oyster Barn is there for your convenience as are many restaurants.Guest review byCapt. Robert McKay GrayAustralia - 10.0
What a beautiful part of Australia.
What a beautiful part of Australia. Beautiful crystal clear waters & clean sandy beaches. We even got to see whales playing of the V Wall. There is plenty to see & do & some great restaurants. The people were welcoming & very helpful. Such a lovely place to stay. I would highly recommend it.Guest review bySuzanneAustralia - 10.0

There were a lot of impatient drivers when we were slowing down to turn into the motel. All honking horns. We missed it the first time and had to turn around at the roundabout and go back, Would have thought regular road users would be used to cars slowing to pull into motels, etc. would be a little more polite.Guest review byLynneAustralia - 10.0

We liked our villa, very comfortable, the camp kitchen was the best we have seen. The grounds and amenities were great, reception staff very friendly. We did not find anything to complain about. We had some great meals close to the holiday park. Easy walking to the shops in the Main Street .Guest review byAnonymous - 10.0

Salamander Bay is beautiful, there are so many activities to do and you are close to the beach, shops and great places to eat. I recommend going on a camel ride, horse riding, quad bike riding, take the whole family to toboggan Hill and roller blade, take the family on the toboggan, play mini golf, hit the beaches, enjoy a cup of coffee, tea, juice, pizza, fish n chips what ever you like eating and drinking it will definitely hit the spot, at the diggers club, berubi Beach tavern, pop into the local stores and grab a ice cream, go for a drive to enjoy the scenery, and learn about the history. Have fun , enjoy the quiet.Guest review bycheryleAustralia - 10.0

Soth West Rocks is a lovely Seaside Town, with alot going for it. A walk up to the Lighthouse is lovely, and the Gaol. We went on a River Boat trip, and learnt alot about the river and Wetlands. Little Bay Beach, not for away is worth a look at as well.Guest review byAnonymous
