Rooms are spacious and cosy, very-well insulated against cold and noise. Exceedingly friendly staff greeted us and helped with our requests. Breakfast buffet definitely exceeded the expectations. 20-25 minutes drive to Brugge center. Would definitely stay here again.

This is the second time we’ve been here. I absolutely love Villa Magdalena - we are already planning to come back for the Xmas markets in Bruges and Ghent. I’ve traveled all over Europe and this if my favourite place to stay.

Hotel Shamon is a unique boutique hotel exuding the atmosphere and elegance of Art Nouveau style. Designed by the renowned architect/decorator P. Cauchie, the protected building is a true gem.

Windy and Tomas were wonderfully helpful hosts and simply lovely people to know. They’ve masterfully renovated the house now called Shamon, and created an inviting and quiet place. Shamon was well-situated to quickly get into and out of town for daily excursions.

Hotel Orchidee is located in the center of Aalter. They provide modern rooms with a buffet breakfast and free WiFi throughout the building.

It is located just in the entrance to a beautiful forest, it's a very calm place, staff very kind, everything was pristine and the rooms was big and comfortable.

We liked everything about this place. Starting from decor to the breakfast everything was perfect. The owner is a really nice person and we had a lovely chat about the local produce, his life and the surrounding. I would probably go back to his place again, but for more days.
