Fabulous rooms, clean, lots of little unexpected extras which shows that much thought is given for customer comfort. We were visiting with another couple and they were equally impressed. The breakfasts were amazing, not just run of the mill croissants but freshly prepared with care and thought, different experience on each day, but made extra special with a small glass of prosecco on the breakfast table. Corunna also asked what time you would like to take breakfast which meant food was freshly prepared and the table laid out like a banquet. Each room has many different ornaments and unusual objects and given the amount of different pieces throughout the hotel it was spotless without a trace of dust. The small number of staff work extremely hard and the restaurant food is prepared with much care, and a very popular place to visit chill and chat. I don't have anything negative to say

    The place was fantastic as it was big enough for our group to separate and spread out and enjoy the whole space. The kitchen was also large and kitted out very well which was great. Having access to a washing machine was also very welcome as we were doing a bike tour. The area of the Ardennes is beautiful and the Bakery in Florenville is fantastic too.

    The room was very big and so nice the style. A great view on the garden and the river. The Hotel is beautiful, super quiet garden on the river, nice bar and great breakfast. 5 min to the center of Fleurenville for a dinner and 10 min to Orval Abbey. We will come back for sure!

    We had a fantastic stay. The staff is very friendly. We also had dinner in the hotel which is.very good, the portion is big, so we share a menu, which is more suitable for 2 person. the town is very beautiful with lots of greenery, it is really nice to walk around the town.

    The staff was Amazing, super gentle. A bigger room was available, so they upgraded us (no additional cost). The breakfast was delicious! I would recommend to have dinner in their restaurant, the service will be top-of-the-notch and the food 1st class! We'll come back!

    Florenville is a pretty little Belgian town in the edge of the River Semois. You can walk up to the top of the church tower and see the views over the valley. There are supermarkets, cafes, bars, shops and restaurants, sited around a square which is being redeveloped.

    Beautiful village in a beautiful setting. After exploring the village, you can go to discover the local countryside and the surrounding woods! And you are never far from the mysterious flowing river, the Semois.

    This is a great, spacious house with thoughtful decorations, we really enjoyed our stay! Pros Close to the abbey, great atmosphere, perfect for evening dinners on the terrace, comfy rooms and enough bathrooms. Good for families and groups of friends. Friendly hosts. We were a group of 8 friends and had enough space to relax without being in each other's face all the time. Some people can play a game, others read in the living room, others do yoga outside or paint, it was really easy to have your quiet time with this many rooms. Cons minor things need fixes like lights and door handles. Wifi was patchy. Water pressure in showers low. None of this impacted us enjoying our stay.

    Small town/village.

    Small town/village. Only early September but all the bars and eating places were closed. Village shop only open restricted hours. However, very pretty area, lots of walking available and Florenville was the nearest bigger town and had supermarkets and eateries

    Very nice people at the desk room.

    Very nice people at the desk room. The bedding is clean and tidy but so uncomfortable !!! Mattress way too thing!!! Entering the room it was 17degrees. It was awful ! It took us til midnight to finally warm up. Then the thermostat went up like crazy up to 32 degrees. Then couldn’t sleep because way to hot! Terrible experience !!!
