My room was an oasis of sophistication and comfort. The attention to detail in the decor was astounding, combining modern aesthetics with timeless elegance. The plush bed, adorned with high-quality linens, provided a cocoon of comfort, and the thoughtful touches in the room showcased the hotel's commitment to excellence. The view from my window was a picturesque glimpse into the city’s heart. The breakfast was filled with delightful surprises that brought me back to my European roots. Location is in a a beautiful little village outside veliko turnovo, staff were very attentive and the breakfast was amazing, beds are very comfortable. And the hotel ground are good to walk around first thing in the morning along with the local village, lots to see with a lot of history.

Very nice and quiet place with a serene atmosphere to it. We had a good time at the spa and spent the rest of the day exploring with the hotel as our checkpoint. For me this hotel is like the country itself - small and beautiful.

Veliko Tarnovo is a small city, but is packed with history...

Veliko Tarnovo is a small city, but is packed with history and things to see and learn about. You might need a few days to go around and visit museums and galleries, however, the city center and main attractions could be checked out in the span of a day. Getting around the city is relatively easy on foot and I recommend it, since you might find some hidden gems like restaurants or pubs that are not super popular.

Arbanasi serves only to provide an alternative base for visiting Veliko Tarnovo - owing to having several hotels with outdoor pools which Veliko Tarnovo lacks. The village is generally fairly derelict and virtually everything is in a poor state of repair - but Arbanasi does offer some fantastic views if your hotel is well situated.

It is an interesting village with houses made from rocks. It is a quite place and it offers nice view over Veliko Tarnovo, which is very close. Also the food is very good, we ate at Bolyarsko Selo and we had a 5 stars dinner.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. They helped us with tips about our trip and were right to point us to local historical places to visit. The restaurant is extremely good and offers breakfast, lunch and dinner. The best place to stay in Svishtov!

We enjoyed hiking to the fortress and the location of the apartment provided easy access to hike there. It was also close to the street with all the shops. It was also to watch the light show of the fortress.

I liked the rooms but one was not the best.

I liked the rooms but one was not the best. TV was working on and off and the breakfast was too far to go to another building. I believe it could be cooked nicer as well and have a bit more choice. Only one coffee machine installed and when it got busy at the weekend it was very hard to get a hot drink and there was a long queue. Machine ran out of hot chocolate, could hardly find a table to sit to eat breakfast and it was not the best experience as the food ran out. I think there was a group of tourists, but they should have considered the capacity and the restaurant staff levels. The barbecue restaurant was nice, but there was no alcoholic drinks menu so I didn’t know how much the drinks cost. It wasn’t great value for money, but the food was delicious.
