Exceptional location, very close to the Mürren BLM station. Generous and varied breakfast served in a lounge with spectacular panoramic views of the Lauterbrunnen Valley and the three peaks: Eiger, Mönch, and Jungfrau. The cleanliness of the rooms was excellent. The staff were very kind and empathetic in the face of an unexpected and very difficult health issue for us: from the receptionists to the waiters, everyone was very attentive and supportive. We hope to return to Mürren, and if rooms are available, we will stay at Hotel Alpina again. Thank you for everything.

I liked the hotel very much. Beautiful hotel from the outside, beautiful room, furniture made of wood. From the window there is a gorgeous view of the mountain and fir trees! The room is warm. Excellent bathroom. Very clean in the room. Very tasty and varied breakfast. Very good location of the hotel - in the center of the town. The restaurant serves delicious food. The friendly waitress advised what to choose for dinner, she guessed my food preferences and was very friendly and polite. I really liked the atmosphere in the restaurant.

The room was really spacious with amazing mountain views. The location is very convenient, on Grindelwald's main street, close to the train station and cable cars, with lots of shops and restaurants around. The cleanliness was top notch. Ample counter space in the bathroom for all the toiletries. Breakfast was really good and they go the extra mile to include local cheese and bread. The staff was really friendly, they were very kind and were able to help us with an early check-in.

Perfect location for hiking in Murren and around and a good start for the Northface trail. Good breakfast, clean and comfortable rooms and an unforgatable view of the all three northfaces of Jungfrau, Monch and Eiger, permanently in sight. The personnel and the owner of the Hotel were very kind and helpfull. The road from Murren to the Hotel takes around half an hour uphill and it is not recommended for troller-bagages (the path is paved with small stones). Best way at arrival is to take the funicular from Murren up to Allmendhubbel and from there to hike down to the hotel about 10 minutes. It is not so tiersome this way. Should you have trollers as luggage I also recommend to contact the property. They could provide transportation. At departure, hiking down to Murren is easy and recommendable (since it is downhill) having always the mountains in sight. We stayed for three nights but two nights is optimal. We hiked Northface trail which we recommend via Wasserfall Sprutz and arriving at Gimmewald were we had the hightlight of the jurney having a cold beer in a hot day on the terrace (upstairs) at Pension Gimmewald.

We had a balcony room and we have absolutely no regrets - the view was absolutely stunning, and we enjoyed just sitting on the balcony soaking in the views, with the soundtrack of cow bells ringing. The room was a decent size, the bathroom clean and shower good pressure, there were even some extra seats and a desk to spread out, and plenty of room for our suitcases. The staff were fantastic, and the food in the attached restaurant also delicious. This was our favourite stay for our whole holiday, it really left an impression on us.

It’s a short walk from the grindelwald train station, mostly flat, a short uphill walk. Short walk to pfingstegg for toboggan, extremely short stroll to first bahn. The staff were very hospitable - they helped move our bags to the room, out of the room, allowed us to use the spa facilities even after we’ve checked out. The spa is great! Steam room, heated pool (with an amazing view), sauna, hot tub and even ice shower. It’s amazing!! Oh ya and their restaurant was reasonably priced, had the lamb lasagnes with ratatouille. All with a view of eiger. Love love love.

Our room was perfect for 4 people. There were 2 separate spaces rooms inside the whole room. The location is perfect. The hotel provides you with free bus and boat tickets to get to Interlaken round trip with a variety of times. Last bat not least, the breakfast buffet was INCREDIBLE. Excellent quality of food with stunning views while you have breakfast. We got late night (11:00 pm) to the hotel because our flight was delayed and the hotel had prepared instructions for us so that we could check in without problems. Absolutely recommended.

We absolutely loved the property. It is completely beautiful, rooms are perfect, very clean, the complimentary breakfast was excellent and Tatiana was great. The location is great. Very close to Interlaken (6 minutes on a free bus) and free parking. It is a quiet spot, which can be really lovely after a busy day sight seeing. Peter was an exceptional host, really made an effort and made you feel at home. Would definitely recommend.

Everything was just wonderful, the decor is stunning and attention to detail in all areas. All the staff were very professional and welcoming, especially the head concierge he really gave us great advice. We stayed in Interlaken for 2 days and we really wished we had 1 more full day. The day trips to Grindlewald and Lauterbrunnen were amazing, but we would have loved 1 more full day to explore Interlaken more.

Three days would have been right if the weather had cooperated. We had 3 days of rain and clouds. Did not go to the top of either mountain as it was totally fogged in on all 3 days. We did enjoy the rest of the area, doing what we could in the rain.

Wengen is charming, as we visited in late sept25 weather was extremely misty, drizzling and dull, breathtaking views on the train journey up made up for the bad weather, but very heaven rain spoiled an evening walk about, let me make this clear as at no point whilst booking our stay was it pointed out Wengen was car-free. Google maps will try take you on a wild goose drive so be very vigilant there are huge fines in some of these car free villages if police come across your error, You have to park 5 kms away, get the train, carry baggage etc on a train ride up, don’t be put off as it is worth a visit. it all works out very costly when you don't know this and if your working off a budget. We found Wengen to be a little less expensive than other areas on our trip, but be prepared for cost, we ended our trip early as 2 days were plenty if your not ski-ing or hiking here, we dealt with a really pleasant professional at the train station in Wengen who went above & beyond to provide information for a very early morning exit, note that everything is very much on time, a really good system, i reckon it as a few hour day trip only, there was a cable car trip and lots of nice places to see and some nice spots to watch the world go by

Hotel Jungfrau located at the foot hill of the snow clad peaks in a small village makes it an alluring location. The place is quiet and very scenic. The Staff courteous and food delicious. Great experience and fantastic stay 👍👏👏👏

Mürren is a quiet village with good access to hikes and access to Lauterbrunnen the mountains and the Schilthorn. We would definitely stay here again. The village though is very expensive so be prepared for high costs for food.

t's a spacious apartment and was ideal for me, my wife and my 2 sons. The Kitchen is well equipped, beds are comfy and the bunk beds were perfect for my 13 & 9 year olds. The views from the windows are beautiful and there is a balcony as well that's very convenient. They have slip ons of various sizes as well as they request no shoes inside the apartment, a very nice touch. its very close to the bus stop which takes only 10 minutes to Interlaken Ost and run every half an hour. The Hosts were nice and communicative so a big thumbs up to this property

Unterseen and Interlaken have a lot to offer.

Unterseen and Interlaken have a lot to offer. We have spend majority of our time outdoors, enjoying nature. The ski resorts around Unterseen are amazing and within just 30 minutes you are on the slopes but without spending a fortune of money for a hotel, as it is usually the case when staying at a mountain resort.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful villa, and it truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment we arrived, the place felt welcoming and well-maintained. The villa is incredibly spacious, with large, comfortable bedrooms that offered plenty of space to relax. The bathroom was spotlessly clean and hygienic, which was a big plus for me. You could tell the owners put a lot of effort into maintaining the property. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals when we wanted to stay in. Overall, I highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable place to stay. The view from the villa is scenic, mountains with snow. Self-cooking facility is there, outside dining area is really awesome. Big Bedrooms, Clean and hygienic bathrooms.

Very quiet with limited food choices.

Very quiet with limited food choices. The scenery was breathtakingly beautiful. The gondolas & bus transport were not at all intimidating. Not a lot to do there, but breathe in the scenery & enjoy! We loved it as a base town for other activities.
