The decor, music and facilities brought a sense of being in a traditional Andean home. The relaxing outdoor spaces, with their colourful comfortable seating, fairy lights and Andean pipe music was so much in keeping with the Atacama . Both water and tea and coffee were available whenever wanted, and the waitress served breakfast with scrambled eggs, ham, cheese, bread, jam, yogurt, fruit juice, tea and coffee were delicious. Although we did not use them ourselves, guests could use the outdoor swimming pool and bbq area. Safe ample parking was available within the grounds of the lodge. The location is peaceful, but within walking distance of the town and some excellent local restaurants. The staff here go over and beyond to be helpful, offering assistance on so many occasions. Bedrooms are clean and comfortable, again with a traditional Andean theme. I would go back to this lodge in a flash and urge anyone looking for accommodation which offers comfort and relaxation in a typical Andean environment to try this delightful lodge.Guest review byDavidUnited Kingdom

I stayed in one of the bungalows “Kimal Pueblo” and absolutely loved it, peaceful, charming, and very comfortable. It was the perfect place to relax after long days exploring the desert. The service throughout the hotel was excellent. Every member of the staff was warm, attentive, and professional. One detail I especially appreciated was that at the end of the day, the cleaning lady would quietly pass by the room, prepare the bed for my return, and turn on the bedside lamps, such a thoughtful touch that made coming back feel so cozy and welcoming. The room itself was spotlessly clean, and the spa and hotel facilities were fantastic. The restaurant was also excellent, with delicious food and amazing service every time. Once behind the hotel gate it was like a little oasis. The staff were really welcoming and super helpful. Big thanks to Loretto who helped us to negotiate buying online tickets to the national parks. Nothing was too much trouble. Comfortable beds, big shower room, good breakfast and the nice touch of free refillable water bottles and a super tasty cheese board and a glass of wine if you stay on a Saturday night. You drive down a dusty road with lots of high walled properties and you think hmmmm where am I, then you walk up the stairs in the NOI Casa, and your like WOW. It’s an oasis, the staff are so friendly and helpful. your room is designed to fit the area and culture. The facilities are so quaint and inspired by the local area. San Pedro de Atacama was one of the most beautiful surprises from the 65 countries I’ve visited. I can’t recommend it enough. Nature is truly at its finest here, with breathtaking contrasts everywhere you look -- from otherworldly landscapes to serene lagoons and dramatic geysers. This is a charming little town with lots of character.
This is a charming little town with lots of character. It is also central to many wonderful tourist attractions, with many tour agent offices in town available to assist with activity planning. I spent 3 days here but could easily have spent 6 or more days here.Guest review byJonathanAustralia
