The stuff was super friendly and helpful. We arrived late in the evening with our 1-year-old son and they served us some cheese and ham and water (we had our own bread with us). They helped us book taxis to get there and to go to the airport the next day. Breakfast was super delicious! The room was spacious, clean. Great shower. Nice smelling toiletteries. Nice rooftop! We will go there again, when we go back from santo antao. It was just perfect (!)

Great location, wonderful staff, rooms are comfortable, loved both swimming pools, nice view while having breakfast. We had an issue with the room the first night and the staff was very helpful even during the night.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Although it’s located right in the city center, the surroundings are surprisingly quiet, which made it easy to relax after a busy day. The hotel itself feels very new and well maintained the bathroom was spotless and equipped with modern amenities. I recently stayed at this fantastic hotel located right in the central square of the city with my son. Its prime location made exploring the main tourist attractions incredibly convenient, as everything was just a short walk away. There was no need for taxis or other transportation to reach nearby restaurants and services. The convenience of being in the heart of the city, combined with the excellent and comfortable rooms, made for a top stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the best of São Vicente.

The hotel is well-located to many restaurants and the port/terminal where one can take the ferry to the neighboring island. We arrived early (before the check-in time), and Henry offered us free breakfast at the hotel restaurant, located just downstairs. We left for the other island early the next morning, and he made sure that a small snack had been prepared for us. Days later, we were able to keep our bags there as we explored the city. Henry (again) arranged a taxi for our trip to the airport. I would definitely stay here again!
