Our stay was wonderful. The hotel is located in a very central area, close to the Old Town Square and Charles Bridge. The staff was very helpful and polite, and our room was tidied up daily. Breakfast was excellent, with a variety of options, and there are many good restaurants nearby. The premises were exceptionally clean, and communication regarding our late arrival was excellent.

For us the location of the hotel was excellent: the city center is quite accessible by public transport, but we lived in a real tranquility with birds singing next to the hotel almost non-stop. Very friendly and helpful staff, excellent cook who was making home-made desserts and breakfasts every day. The staff really went the extra mile to satisfy our requests, including ordering non-diary milk for coffee, even though it wasn't on the regular menu. The room was spacious, had everything we needed to live and work there for the two weeks that we stayed there. The airco in the room worked perfectly, keeping the room cool (but not too cold) over several days of +30°C outside.

Location was amazing. Near everything but still somehow quiet. Cute little wine bar downstairs wheee we had complimentary Prosecco and great breakfast. The staff were great with recommendations too. Most importantly the room has AC and the bed was super comfortable. We liked it more than our bed at home.

    Absolutely loved our stay here! The front desk staff were all very kind and welcoming (sorry I forgot to take their names, but we were greeted by a lady when we arrived and interacted with a gentleman during the day). Our train to Prague got terribly delayed, so we arrived at the hotel past midnight, but the lady very kindly and promptly helped us with check-in. The gentleman next day very kindly helped us with reserving tickets for a concert at the Rudolfinum, giving us very detailed info on picking up the tickets. I'd be remiss if I don't mention that the breakfast is excellent - the two ladies cooked us very tasty omelettes sprinkled with chives, and there's a wide selection of cheeses, fresh fruits, breads, and pastries every day. We absolutely enjoyed our stay here and would come back next time we visit Prague!

    I came before checking in time after long traveling and the stuff checked in my anyway. I asked for some extra features while booked on booking.com and my wishes were fulfilled. I asked for taxi transfer from the airport and the hotel reaction was quick, clear and positive. Very kind taxi driver speaking couple languages was waiting for me. Room was excellent, breakfast amazing. Special thanks to Martina at the reception who helped me with a nice smile in the face.

    I was located on the top floor and the room was big! Hotel and room were topnotch - Very clean. And the breakfast selection was yummy; Very vegan/muslim friendly! I can eat almost all of the foods served which is a plus plus point. Definitely will stay here if I come to Prague again. Also, there's a tram stop right in front of the hotel as well.

    Prague is a must-visit place.

    Prague is a must-visit place. The town is beautiful and full of attractions for everybody. The Old Town is truly stunning, with its monumental buildings and elegant streets. And you have to try the Czech craft beer - it is out of this world :)

    The river boat trip at night was amazing. The Reducca Jazz club was excellent. Food was lovely. Some great restaurants in Prague. Do some research. We would recommend to go to Charles Bridge early as it gets really busy.

    It is the most beautiful city and plenty of options to get...

    It is the most beautiful city and plenty of options to get around although we walked. Streets are kept very clean even though there are a lot of tourists. Some road improvements are underway in Wenceslas Square ( Oct 2025) but not much of an issue Tons of eating options. Prices good. Beer glorious.
