For us the location of the hotel was excellent: the city center is quite accessible by public transport, but we lived in a real tranquility with birds singing next to the hotel almost non-stop. Very friendly and helpful staff, excellent cook who was making home-made desserts and breakfasts every day. The staff really went the extra mile to satisfy our requests, including ordering non-diary milk for coffee, even though it wasn't on the regular menu. The room was spacious, had everything we needed to live and work there for the two weeks that we stayed there. The airco in the room worked perfectly, keeping the room cool (but not too cold) over several days of +30°C outside.

Staff were polite, room was spotless and very comfy- bed was awesome! Breakfast was great, there is something for everyone! Interior is very interesting and everything looks new. Tram/Metro stop is a couple of mins away and city centre is 15 mins with tram,metro. Great experience overall!

    Our stay at the Wellness Hotel Step was excellent. The location was great—just a 10-minute drive from Prague city center. We received a free upgrade to a spacious, clean room and were welcomed with complimentary drinks. The hotel offers free parking, which was wonderful for us as we were on a driving trip. There was a wide variety of food to choose from at the breakfast buffet. The hotel staff were exceptional, and we even received a €20 voucher to use at any Czech Inn hotel. Overall, five stars and a big thumbs up for this hotel!

Cleans and prepares the tables for the next guests. Everything is clean. Very kind staff. A very responsive guy served us during check-in - we were surprised that he could communicate with us not only in English, but also in another language we understood.     We spent the weekend there and loved walking around Old Town. The Charles Bridge and Old Town were very crowded with tourists, making it a bit difficult to get around. Food was fantastic! Unfortunately everything closes down early on Sunday, so we didn't get to the restaurant we wanted, however, we visited one that we'd been to on our first day. Food was excellent. Lots to see, lots of history. A very walkable city. Interesting to see Old Town and then turn a corner and be in the ritzy, expensive shopping district. Lots of shopping arears. Would definitely go back.
