We attended a concert at the Philharmonie with Sir Simon Ratlle as dirigent - it was a fantastic experience. We also enjoyed the City Circle sight seeing bus showing us the interesting sites. Visited KADEWE deparment store - the food store was mouth watering... The apartment was in a quiet serene area. Walking distance to Helios Klinikum Berlin-Buch. Rewe supermarket within walking distance. Bustop right outside the apartment. So much more to see than we remembered. We did a 3 hr bike tour. Time flew by and super flat. So much to see and do. Einstein and Hitler. East vs West. WW2 vs Cold War. Lots of history. Easy to walk.
