Parking available at hotel for €8, especially during peak hours in the evening after long day in Playmobil Fun Park. Much less stress without having to drive around to find free spots. Spacious, modern design & clean room - absolutely top! Bed was especially comfy, I had good sleep on it. Breakfast is absolutely must-have, worth it and delicious. My toddler was so excited with the pancake machine and Nutella machine. A plus is the Photo Booth with beautiful horse as backdrop for fun-family photos and cosy corner with board games, Jenga, books for family to spend time together. Center of Nuremberg was almost leveled in WW2. The postwar reconstruction of buildings mostly created replacement buildings in a bland style, though the street layout remained. We’ve been there before and always enjoy visiting. It’s a beautiful and historic medieval town that is protected by a double ring of fortifications upon which you can walk. US army base has been re-purposed as a sort of yuppy neighborhood. Major park contains a coffee shop to watch the locals. Dinkelsbühl is a beautiful small walled town in Germany along the Romantic Road. I've been visiting and staying there since the mid-1980s. Although tourist crowds have grown significantly over the years, it's still worth a visit. Early mornings and evenings are the best time to walk around, especially if you're into photography. Old town on top of ancient volcano, lovely town hall, archaeological dig site in town square, great half timbered buildings, great town small enough to wander. Interesting town but disappointing there is very little information in English. The Italian restaurant across the street is a no-go! You should not go there because the food is not quite what you expect. The quality is not great. For instance, I ordered a pepperoni pizza and the pepperoni was sliced in half and then divided over the pizza, which looked very cheap. This is a very touristy place, but we enjoyed our stay. Get out early in the morning to have your photos taken in the best spots without lots of people from the bus tours in the background.
