The two owners are so so nice and patient and helpful. They spent an incredibly huge amount of time every day to help us with all our requests and bad preparation ;-) The tour they organised was excellent and cheap (never book online, always directly!) and they easily got us ferry tickets. All of that on very short notice (for the next day). The hotel is like 5 min from the center of the city and clean, the beds are comfortable, the water pressure okay. The main benefit of booking this hotel is clearly the two owners. They are so nice and caring, I just can't find the words to describe how that felt...

Location was great, right on the beach and walking distance to everything without being right in the middle of it. Staff were incredibly attentive, Abel provided great recommendations and went out of his way to help us. Rooms were clean, comfortable and had good aircon and wifi. Very good, would definitely stay again!

Amazing air con! Had to ask for an extra blanket and he brought it up, too kind! Almost reminded me about my change I forgotten, amazing staff! Incredibly clean, very comfy beds, good pillows. Great location

Thank you for an exceptional stay! Everything was perfect - the room was clean, tided daily and offered a beautiful view of the lake with flamingos. The owner was incredibly warm and welcoming; we had such lovely conversations. She also helped me with recommendations for local travel agencies. In the end, I extended my stay. I wholeheartedly recommend Bar de Beto to everyone!

It’s very close to the center and the beach. The rooms are tidy and spacious. The staff are very kind and keen to help. The view to the lagoon with flamingos is priceless.
