Really, everything without a doubt, the service that was offered to me is unforgettable. They offered me and my family to choose any room we liked, from a tiny bungalow next to the beach, aqua park and private garden, or any floor of my choice. The food was fantastic the kids were very pleased, lots and lots of swimming pool clean and the staff at the reception were very friendly, especially Mariam she was really sweet and kind. I usually don't rate a lot, but this one deserves it, I have been to many hotels in Hurghada, and I'm not sure why it's categories as 4 stars, it should be 5 stars without a doubt. I have already recommended it to my friend and will definitely come back. .

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An absolutely superb experience at Jaz Elite Asteria! I had a dream stay at Jaz Elite Asteria and I can honestly say that it is one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever been to! Everything is new, modern and impeccably maintained, which offers a luxurious and relaxing atmosphere from the first step into the resort. The rooms are spacious, tastefully decorated, equipped with all the necessary amenities for perfect comfort. The cleanliness is impeccable, and the bed is extremely comfortable - a real treat after a day spent at the beach or by the pool. The food was excellent, with a rich variety of fresh and tasty dishes, and the service offered in the restaurants was top notch. The staff is very kind, attentive and always with a smile on their faces, ready to help with anything you need. Massaouda Mazni was especially kind, nice and very friendly with us as if we had known each other for a lifetime.. The pool area is a real paradise – comfortable sun loungers, clean water and a peaceful atmosphere. In addition, the location of the hotel is excellent, close to the beach and local attractions. I highly recommend Jaz Elite Asteria to those looking for an elegant, new and refined place to completely relax and enjoy premium services. I can't wait to come back!

I couldn’t think you enough for everything you did .The people are so professional and nice .Doing their best to make each guest happy.They are really taking care of every single detail .They even upgrade my room to another one pool and sea view …just when they know it is my first time to visit them and I am alone in my trip. Also,they have prepared a very nice table decorated with flowers when I was taking my dinner at beach restaurant without even asking for it .it was a vey nice gesture from them ❤️♥️❤️

It is obvious that SERRY has a magnificent management that appears in the details of the place and the staff who is been selected based on high criteria(it seems). It is the the first time I spent almost ten day in a hotel where I don’t face any uncomfortable feeling from any one of the staff. I can’t mention names because all the staff are heroes. In reception I can remember Abdul monaem, Fatimah Hisham. In Sofrah I can remember Ayah. Honestly all the staff. This place is piece of paradise. In sort word it is flawless.     Overall one of the best hotels in the area. Exceptional customer service. Manager Mr. Tariq impressively goes extra miles to accommodate and care for your needs and he seems to be everywhere on the premises! Mr. Mohamed from the front desk is professional, dedicated and competent with a hilarious sense of humor. Staff in general were amazing; very friendly and smiling all the time. Food was nice with excellent varieties. We specially liked the indoor heated pool as we were unlucky weather-wise (too cold water for outdoor pools, aquapark and beach for the kids). The heated pool saved our holiday. Still, the hotel includes an impressive variety of outdoor pools as well as a game room. Hotel offers around the clock free Golf car rides to the nearby beach which i found excellent, specially for elderly and those who are unable to walk (P.S: beach is not that far: 5-10min walk) We visited during the Eid holiday and we were greeted with Eid cookies in our spacious, clean rooms, also they had a nightly lovely program for kids, not sure if this goes all year long, but it was very entertaining for the kids. In my opinion, apart from the great accommodation and facilities, what makes this place stand out is the impressive treatment by all staff. Hats up. A great hidden gem

    The resort is beautifully designed, they have lots of flowers and palm trees that really are taken care of. the rooms are spacious, the cleaning couldn’t be better and the staff is very attentive if you tip. The food was delicious and a lot of variety, even at breakfast time. Every evening they have a different specific cuisine so you can’t get bored. we also tried both of the restaurants: vista mare and the fish restaurant and both were delicious. I can’t understand how people can complain about the food, as we read online in Egypt you can really have problems with the food but here it’s not the case. As for the animation, the animation team is fun, we participated almost in every activity and we really enjoyed it. The resort also has a jogging trail that we ran every day. We will definitely come again here because we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you Cleopatra & thank you to all the people that made our stay feel so pleasant. Hakuna matata!

    everything was great! the sandy beach was super nice. There are a lot of options for the food, we were in all the restaurants and they all were perfect. The staff are very supportive and nice and you have a direct contact through whats app for any support you need. The animation team are great, specially Mr. Hassan, he is an awesome member to the team. The Spa is great, specially Mr. Alladin! the best massage I have ever had! we checked out at 12:00 but stayed at the hotel until 22:00 (we had an early morning flight). The hotel kept our access to everything open and allowed us to use all the facility and restaurant without extra charge! They even prepared a lunch box for each of us, for the time we were in flight! We also had our anniversary during our stay, and they decorated our room and also our table at the restaurant with a delicious cake with no extra charge!

    Hurghada is a very busy place and popular with all nationalities. I was diving every day so 8 hours a day at sea. I didn't use the shopping centre this time but have done so in the past and it was great. It used to be that you would get harassed continually by traders but not so much these days they really have backed off. I know my daughters found that intimidating when they were younger but today its fine.

    The Alaya hotel guests has a private beach area at Coraya bay, my husband and I were given a lift there by a golf cart. Alaya staff greeted us at the beach area ,attending to our needs. providing beach chairs, umbrella and bar service . The swimming are is great, water is clean and warm. Snorkeling and scuba diving is available. I did snorkel and it was a great experience.

    Some places offer excellent takeaway food. There is a public beach a little further away (a short walk across a small desert area) with exceptional underwater flora and fauna. Bring shoes for walking in the water. Please stay above or near the coral (personally, I didn't know there were risks to swimming too far from the reefs, namely sharks. But I didn't see any. On the other hand, there were some exceptional fish! Port Ghalib is a tourist spot but much, much quieter than Hurghada. If someone tries to sell you something, just say ‘La, chokram’ with a smile and everything will be fine. Don't forget to tip a little, as Egyptians earn very little (around €400 per month for a family of four). For activities, I recommend Royal Sea Tours (royalsea-tours.com), who are really great.     I love Marsa Alam and Abu Dabab most, as far as the Red Sea goes. My favourite place of all time is the Concorde Moreen Hotel, with the Hilton coming a strong second. We only ate at the hotels, because our time was limited. I used the taxi service offered online by Booking.com, which I found to be very efficient and reasonable. But I am also a seasoned traveller in Egypt and do not find it difficult to negotiate with taxi drivers. (It can be very useful to ask Chat GPT first what an average trip should cost you, if you are unsure, and then use that as a guideline for your negotiations.) It's an amazing experience to go out on a boat, but picking the right one can make the difference. I will be leaving my review on our experience separately (as it warrants a whole story on its own :))

    Very quiet town, simple and the sea is amazing.

    Very quiet town, simple and the sea is amazing. You can swim anywhere. No so much facilities ( food places, supermarkets,..) and pharmacies located around hotels. Weather is hot, limited gas stations and road is not preferable to be taken at night.

    The sea was beautiful.

    The sea was beautiful. Unfortunately strong winds kept me from going into the sea. We stayed mostly in the lagoons. There was no access to sea from the beach, only from the pier. The life guards were good and attentive.

    Very nice and friendly locals!

    Very nice and friendly locals! Not many tourists, no aggressive salesmen. The city is not rich, so expect some garbage lying around. Prices are generally very low, not adjusted for tourists (except at nearby hotels). We found only a few restaurants, but many fastfood places.

    Beach area we were in wasn't the greatest,no swimming area ,too shallow and rocky not sandy.Took quad ride out in desert was fun.Lots of fish to see on reefs,water very clean.marss Mubarak has resident dugong and turtles but didn't see the dugong on our visit.Overall nice place ,a bit on the windy side but nice relief from heat.

    The is best fun of my holiday, I get to do this adventure...

    The is best fun of my holiday, I get to do this adventure solo which was great and the instructor was very patient and nice , I am a physical disable person and the help and support I got from this group in other to make me enjoy the scuba diving experience was phenomena. The free food and drink was amazing...I highly recommend this guys for beginners diver with zero experience trust me you will enjoy the underwater world.
