The hotel is so well managed, it has a great selection of Food and different resturants. The staff here anticipate every need you have with true professionalism. The facilites are perfectly maintained. This is my eight trip to Marsa Alam and this hotel has been the best so far. Well done all of you and especially the great gala night for christmas. We would like to give a special thanks to Mostafa, Ahmed, and Abdallah from the pool team, Mina, the bartender at the splash pool bar, and Mr. Ghaly, the manager. They were there for us every day and truly made our stay unforgettable. Thanks to them, our family of eight had an amazing holiday. The service was excellent (10/10) – the staff were extremely kind, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Mina, the bartender, deserves a special mention as well. He made delicious cocktails and always greeted us with a smile, which made our time at the splash pool bar even more enjoyable. The housekeeping team also stood out. Every day they surprised us with creative towel art, and the rooms were always spotless. Their attention to detail and dedication ensured that our stay was comfortable and pleasant. We also really enjoyed the animation team. The activities were well-organized, and the animators were friendly and fun, making every day entertaining for all ages. Although officially a 4-star hotel, it truly deserves 5 stars. The service exceeded all expectations. The food was diverse and delicious, and we were pleasantly surprised to have free access to all seven à la carte restaurants, which were all excellent. The hotel is connected to the neighboring Le Jardin hotel, where guests can also enjoy the facilities. The aqua park slides were fantastic and fun for all ages, even adults. A minor point of improvement could be the bathrooms, as they are a little dated. However, compared to the outstanding service and overall experience, this was hardly an issue for us. We can highly recommend this hotel and would love to return.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An absolutely superb experience at Jaz Elite Asteria! I had a dream stay at Jaz Elite Asteria and I can honestly say that it is one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever been to! Everything is new, modern and impeccably maintained, which offers a luxurious and relaxing atmosphere from the first step into the resort. The rooms are spacious, tastefully decorated, equipped with all the necessary amenities for perfect comfort. The cleanliness is impeccable, and the bed is extremely comfortable - a real treat after a day spent at the beach or by the pool. The food was excellent, with a rich variety of fresh and tasty dishes, and the service offered in the restaurants was top notch. The staff is very kind, attentive and always with a smile on their faces, ready to help with anything you need. Massaouda Mazni was especially kind, nice and very friendly with us as if we had known each other for a lifetime.. The pool area is a real paradise – comfortable sun loungers, clean water and a peaceful atmosphere. In addition, the location of the hotel is excellent, close to the beach and local attractions. I highly recommend Jaz Elite Asteria to those looking for an elegant, new and refined place to completely relax and enjoy premium services. I can't wait to come back!

The hotel itself is a masterpiece of architecture; new, tasteful and modern, and at the same time giving a delightful atmosphere of ancient times. Not to forget the magnificent library! The hotel is located near the sea with perfect conditions for snorkling the coral reaf from a pier at the hotels beach. Pool is pleasant and superclean as the rest of the hotel. The restaurant serves the most delicious egyptian meals. All members of staff are attentive, very helpful and nice. Absolutely no pushing of sales. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. Like finding a hidden diamond. Go for the all inclusive.

    Hurghada is a very busy place and popular with all nationalities. I was diving every day so 8 hours a day at sea. I didn't use the shopping centre this time but have done so in the past and it was great. It used to be that you would get harassed continually by traders but not so much these days they really have backed off. I know my daughters found that intimidating when they were younger but today its fine.

    The Alaya hotel guests has a private beach area at Coraya...

    The Alaya hotel guests has a private beach area at Coraya bay, my husband and I were given a lift there by a golf cart. Alaya staff greeted us at the beach area ,attending to our needs. providing beach chairs, umbrella and bar service . The swimming are is great, water is clean and warm. Snorkeling and scuba diving is available. I did snorkel and it was a great experience.

    Some places offer excellent takeaway food. There is a public beach a little further away (a short walk across a small desert area) with exceptional underwater flora and fauna. Bring shoes for walking in the water. Please stay above or near the coral (personally, I didn't know there were risks to swimming too far from the reefs, namely sharks. But I didn't see any.     I love Marsa Alam and Abu Dabab most, as far as the Red Sea goes. My favourite place of all time is the Concorde Moreen Hotel, with the Hilton coming a strong second. We only ate at the hotels, because our time was limited. I used the taxi service offered online by Booking.com, which I found to be very efficient and reasonable. But I am also a seasoned traveller in Egypt and do not find it difficult to negotiate with taxi drivers. (It can be very useful to ask Chat GPT first what an average trip should cost you, if you are unsure, and then use that as a guideline for your negotiations.) It's an amazing experience to go out on a boat, but picking the right one can make the difference. I will be leaving my review on our experience separately (as it warrants a whole story on its own :))

    Very quiet town, simple and the sea is amazing.

    Very quiet town, simple and the sea is amazing. You can swim anywhere. No so much facilities ( food places, supermarkets,..) and pharmacies located around hotels. Weather is hot, limited gas stations and road is not preferable to be taken at night.

    The sea was beautiful.

    The sea was beautiful. Unfortunately strong winds kept me from going into the sea. We stayed mostly in the lagoons. There was no access to sea from the beach, only from the pier. The life guards were good and attentive.

    Very nice and friendly locals!

    Very nice and friendly locals! Not many tourists, no aggressive salesmen. The city is not rich, so expect some garbage lying around. Prices are generally very low, not adjusted for tourists (except at nearby hotels). We found only a few restaurants, but many fastfood places.

    Beach area we were in wasn't the greatest,no swimming area ,too shallow and rocky not sandy.Took quad ride out in desert was fun.Lots of fish to see on reefs,water very clean.marss Mubarak has resident dugong and turtles but didn't see the dugong on our visit.Overall nice place ,a bit on the windy side but nice relief from heat.

    The is best fun of my holiday, I get to do this adventure...

    The is best fun of my holiday, I get to do this adventure solo which was great and the instructor was very patient and nice , I am a physical disable person and the help and support I got from this group in other to make me enjoy the scuba diving experience was phenomena. The free food and drink was amazing...I highly recommend this guys for beginners diver with zero experience trust me you will enjoy the underwater world.
