The staff was great (Badr, Karim, Disha, Shiko, Mido), really went out of their way to make us feel at home. The room is comfortable, especially the bed and the breakfast was plenty and very good. Amazing value for money right in the centre of my favourite neighbourhood.

The concierge desk at the Dusit has been a true highlight of my stay, providing outstanding service. I would like to especially commend Moustafa Ayad, who was incredibly helpful. He assisted us in arranging a last-minute trip to the Pyramids and organized emergency airport transport when our Uber was significantly delayed. Moustafa was highly attentive, staying on top of our requests well into the evening. This has been the best concierge service I have experienced across all the hotels I have stayed in. Additionally, the airport pick-up service is exceptional, as they assist with visa formalities and fast-track you through immigration in just 15 minutes, bypassing the long queues—a real VIP experience! The staff is called Yasser.

Our suite room was just fantastic, we could view the Baron palast, the two main streets surrounding the Baron Hotel, the views are fabulous from the 6th floor. The staff members, the security personal, and the room service mades are extremely friendly, and always go beyond all expectations, just guss what? Always with a big genuine, and friendly smile. The breakfast was rich, clean, well organised, and staff working hard like bees to satisfy everyone's needs. The swimming pool experience with my little boy on the top floor was amazing, the pool very clean, and water temperature was perfect for the current weather in Cairo.

The pool was incredible. I'm from Australia and we have nice poolz, but I was blown away at how well maintained this pool was, how friendly the staff were and clean the rooms were. The location was perfect. The only issue was Cairo streets which are under developed and not the fault of the hotel. Strongly recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to chill in an oasis in Cairo / Giza.

Cairo is just amazing. you need to enjoy if the way it is and dont expect much system like other destinations. However its safe and food is fantastic all what you need you will find. Its also very cheap and you can eat in very good restaurant for only 10$ and somtimes much less. The varity of culture is unique and you cannot see all this in one destination.

Terrible Experience - Avoid HOST PRIME APARTMENT IN REHAB! I recently booked an apartment through Booking.com with HOST PRIME APARTMENT IN REHAB for my family, including young children, and it was a nightmare from start to finish. The host, Abdulaziz, was incredibly rude and unprofessional. The air conditioning didn’t work, and neither did the washing machine, which made our stay extremely uncomfortable, especially with kids. To make matters worse, two hours before our scheduled check-out, Abdulaziz turned off the electricity, leaving us in a terrible situation. This company is a scam, and I would strongly advise anyone, especially families, to avoid booking with them. The lack of basic amenities and the host's unprofessional behavior made this the worst experience we've ever had. I expected much better from a property listed on Booking.com. Save yourself the stress and book elsewhere.

My stay in Madinaty was excellent.

My stay in Madinaty was excellent. The flat was very clean, modern, and fully equipped with brand-new furniture and appliances. The location was great, quiet, and convenient, making it easy to relax and move around. The host was generous and welcoming, offering water and chocolates on arrival, and kindly allowed early check-in and late check-out. Everything was smooth and comfortable — I highly recommend staying here in Madinaty.

i had been stay for 4 days and tenant offer anther apartment rather than the one i book thru booking , calming it will be more comfort with a family of 5 members and frankly speaking from day one , washing machine , Wifi was not working and cleaning hygiene was acceptable since we found Cigarettes pods on the floor and end up with black out for electricity due to tenant was not charge enough money via electrical card , i told him such apartment is not belong to him and he is not aware about anything inside apartment , however location is good .

Best experience visiting the Giza Pyramids and the New Egyptian Museum, The Nile Cruise is a must for anyone going to Cairo such a beautiful evening with lots of entertainment and lovely selection of food. Uber is available and prices are quite reasonable. lots of culture and history to see and learn about.

Wonderful location, nice city. everything is available by delivery (Water, food) The only think we didn't like is the lack of wifi. as the password provided was not working and they didn't respond later to our request of having the wifi passport.

Cairo = Chaos!

Cairo = Chaos! Traffic is crazy, the city is extremely noisy and scene when you get there is shoking and intimidating. This was my first time with my wife on a slamic cournty and sincerely, we felt a bit scared of it. It was always my dream of going to Egypt to see the great pyramids and the other monuments and this dream just came true, but even so, it was not a relaxing trip at all! HAHAHAHA

Madinaty is a lovely area, the apartment that was booked ran out of electricity, when it was 42 degrees outside, the owner didn't like friends coming to the apartment it was not a friendly place to stay, unlike the last time I stayed in the area
