Wonderful place, beautiful sea. The staff are incredibly kind. They allowed us to leave our bags after check-out and stay on the beach for the rest of the day. Aziza is very helpful and kind. Everyone was very helpful, and the room was nice and clean. Highly recommended!

The hotel, facilities, and staff are top-notch. 10/10. A special thanks to Moustafa & Eman for organizing an unforgettable trip and always being available. Everything is close by, whether it’s a supermarket, cafés to chill in the evenings, or fast food chains. The hotel has several pools, although we didn’t use them as we spent most of our time at the beach. The water is very clean and calm – perfect for swimming. There are plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. The food was also excellent. We booked breakfast and dinner and always had delicious meals. All in all I would definitely recommend this hotel to families, couples, friends group or also for a single trip.

The hotel is clean, quiet, and well located, with friendly and attentive staff. The pool area is pleasant, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable..I really appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and the kindness of all the staff — from the security guard to every person I met. People know how to keep a smile on their faces, even though it’s clear that life is not easy in that area. Congratulations to everyone for their warmth and attitude!

Just a wonderful hotel with a high level of service. We really enjoyed relaxing there. Everything is very clean, beautiful and well-maintained territory. Attentive and pleasant staff. Beautiful beach, clear sea. An incredible variety of food! Everything is very tasty! We definitely want to come back and didn't want to leave the hotel at all. I highly recommend it!

The town itself isn’t geared for tourists as there are no restaurants that cater for you if you don’t speak Arabic. If you are happy to stay in your hotel to eat then you’ll be fine. We were there for 3 nights having travelled from the desert in Siwa & it was a great place to rest for a few days before heading back to Cairo & our flight home.

It is a beautiful place,the ocean is breathtaking my only issue was because it was winter time,everything was closed like a lot of the water sports companies I called or restaurants.There was no fun activities to do.

It’s place for kids to spend time on swimming, swimming pool safe and good but it’s not good place for tourist , entertainment is poor and nothing around the hotel , food is not good , we can not swim in the sea because waves was very strong

Mr. Mahmoud was such a friendly and helpful host. From day one, he took care of everything and made sure we felt comfortable throughout our stay. A welcome gift was waiting for us when we arrived, which was such a sweet gesture. The place was super clean and fully equipped with everything we could need, making our stay really comfortable. I’d definitely recommend it for your next trip.

Was the best surprise in our trip to Egypt. Marsa Matruh has two of the best beaches we ever saw in our lives: Cleopatra and Agiba. For sure we will be back. We loved also the Museum of Marsa Matruh. There is a McDonald's just in front of the beach, so you can eat your "big mac" or an ice cream with an amazing view!!! The people of the city are not very used to meet strangers in my opinion, it seems that differently of Sharm el Sheikh and Hurghada, Marsa Matruh is more focused for Egyptian tourism instead of foreigners, so not everybody speaks English there. Prices are cheaper than in other cities of Egypt. We had a taxi driver that became our friend even we only could talk using Google Translate. Very warm personality and we booked him to guide us in all the beaches in a day trip. We can't wait to return to those amazingly beautiful and crystal clear beaches!!!

The worst place I’ve ever been to in my life.

The worst place I’ve ever been to in my life. They humiliate you just to book a restaurant or go to the beach, with strange rules: entry is only allowed for couples, and for couples the woman must not be veiled. It’s extremely expensive, and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to even consider going there.

It is not a city you can visit as a tourist.

It is not a city you can visit as a tourist. You need to book in a resort which you may leave once during your stay to have a dinner in one of the bedouin restaurants in the area. If you’re not going for business make sure to pick a resort with all facilities you might need.

don't go to Matruh in peak season( July & August) too many people are in the streets & on the beaches, choose remote suburban location outside main city if you are a foreigner or Non Muslim women as culture & religion are playing against you if you want to take a dip in the sea wearing a one- piece swimsuit, the city is blessed with splendid nature and is cheap,

Room was not clean they delayed the check in drain was blocked my wife was poisoned in BHAAR restaurant first day breakfast they mistaken the egg for my son as he is allergic not enough towels in the swimming pool we had to wait for half hour concierge service is terrible

If the tourist doesn't care about room comfortability and can pay more, then the Hotel is good with respect to other facilities - beach, swimming pool, restaurants. After my search, I found similar facilities with much lower prices.
