Incredibly nice, accomodating and forthcoming staff. They gave great tips for food and what to do. We were greeted warmly with fresh water and Cava, had a great and varied breakfast buffet. The room was amazing. We enjoyed a slot in the beautiful Spa. The location is perfect- in the historic center, everything was in walking distance, yet extremely quiet. 11/10 for feeling truly welcome

We had reserved a sea view room and it was amazing! Very silent, not far from the beaches, very good location to travel around, with parking in the hotel but also easy to find outside! The staff was particularly friendly, helpful, with very good advice, being at the reception, at the restaurant or at the pool bar! I recommend this hotel that newly opened few months ago!

Pulsating with History and Tradition

Resounding with flamenco, the fabulous Spanish region of Andalusia (or Andalucía) has world-class attractions, wonderful scenery and welcoming beaches.

Some of the best Andalusia hotels are in Costa del Sol resorts including Nerja and glitzy Marbella, neighbour of exclusive Puerto Banús. Nearby is Málaga, Picasso’s city with relics of its Roman past.

Moorish influences have also left magnificent marks. Formerly a mosque, the incredible Córdoba Mezquita is now a cathedral. Against the backdrop of the Sierra Nevada mountains, the Alhambra is a former sultans’ residence looking down on lovely Granada, home to some romantic Andalucia hotels and apartments on Booking.com.

You can ski in the Sierra Nevada, and also in mountains by Aracena north of Seville, the region’s sun-drenched capital with a gigantic Gothic cathedral and amazing architecture in Plaza de España. It also has a ring where controversial bullfighting occurs.

Its nearest beaches are on the Costa de la Luz, between Isla Canela (by Portugal) and Tarifa. Nearby is Algeciras, across the bay from Gibraltar. Other popular Andalusia beaches are in Costa de Almería resorts including Roquetas de Mar and Mojacar.

Inland, on a steep escarpment, Arcos de la Frontera, is one of the White Villages of Andalusia. Nearby is Jerez, home of sherry. To the east is Ronda with its high bridge spanning a deep gorge.

Fabulous city . Not too big, not too small!

Fabulous city . Not too big, not too small! The central and cultural area is easily walkable once you have your bearings. Enjoyed the horse and trap ride, the Flamenco and short river cruise. Wouls advise not to pre book tickets before travelling as we found them much cheaper on site, although there may be a small queue! It was a very pleasant 7 days . Taxis are cheap, as is eating out. Food delicious.

So much to see and do great architecture lots of good eateries and cafés need to be relatively fit for the walking but lots of other transport options. Visited spectacular Ronda wich was a nice 1.5hr drive away but highly recommended.

The selection of bars and complimentary tapas when you ordered a drink. The view of the Alhambra was excellent but recommend booking the Alhambra well in advance. We were very disappointed to think we had booked through the Viator app only to find the booking was 'pending' and we were turned away. The caves at Sacromonte were worth a visit

The shops along Carihuela beach front and on the street behind are a super way to spend some time! The centre of Torremolinos has been improved in recent years with lots of pedestrian areas with some excellent shops. It is not expensive to take a taxi into the town centre.

A real old city with many interesting things to see. The shape of the city having the sea on almost all sides makes it special. You can feel that this city is very old, as there still are many genuine old residential regions that are not overflowed by tourists. A good selection of restaurants and tapas bars. There is a wide selection of shops for those who need them. Plenty of parking facilities for those who arrive by car. Other interesting places, e.g. Jerez close by. I recommend to book a table, if you want to eat in a restaurant having good reviews.

A wonderful place for wandering.

A wonderful place for wandering. The old town and bridges are beautiful. The streets are well maintained and the centre felt safe. Great for taking in the architecture, gardens and plentiful cafes and bars. Had a lovely meal at Bombay Spice - tasty food, excellent service and good value.

A great location for couples and families alike. Plenty to do socially and great shopping. The train service on that line is excellent and punctual. Easy to move from malaga to fuengirola and feom the Airport great access along that coastline.
