- Scored out of 10, guest rating 8.1Very good - What previous guests thought, 2,007 reviewsAfter reading all the poor reviews I read about the Agora hotel after I had booked I wanted to cancel the booking but my husband said no just let’s go and make the best of it…I’m so glad we did! Our large room was spotless, with a beautiful view of the castle and beach. The beds were very comfortable with lovely soft pillows and the bedding & towels were very good quality (and I believe new) We were staying with half board and the choice of food was excellent, something for everyone and very tasty…unlike some hotel food! Staff were very helpful and friendly. Drinks in the bar were surprisingly cheap compared to some hotel prices.Guest review byJacquelineSpain
- Scored out of 10, guest rating 8.6Fabulous - What previous guests thought, 73 reviewsThis camping site is amazing, so well organised, the pool is clean and looked after, the chalets are so clean, great layout and well equipped (including air conditioning unit). The outside looks like paradise, so many tropical plants, it’s so green (some plants smell beautifully at night)! The beach nearby is mostly rocky, but my children enjoyed so much snorkelling there all day, watching fish and marina life. We saw amazing giant jellyfish, it was stunning! We were sad to leave but hopefully we will be returning next year! I highly recommend this camping place! Thank you for this amazing experience!Guest review byMagdalenaUnited Kingdom
- From US$204.27 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.8Fabulous - What previous guests thought, 925 reviewsThe hotel and the rooms exude a unique atmosphere reminiscent of the Spanish mountains, with a classic style and a wonderful sense of coziness! Breakfast is served à la carte – five days into our stay, the selection felt a bit limited, but the quality, taste, and service were excellent. Every morning we enjoyed delicious food with a beautiful view! From both the rooms and the pool, you can see the sea from the hillside – the view is so enchanting that you don’t even feel like going anywhere else, just relaxing by the pool and watching the waves. It was a truly restful experience – thank you!Guest review byMatasLithuania
- From US$113.48 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.2Very good - What previous guests thought, 1,800 reviewsEverything about this hotel was pleasing. Checkin was smooth and efficient, the bar and pool areas were clean and well staffed. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable with lovely soaps and shampoos. Although the hotel was busy, the room was very quiet at night. The beachfront and access was easy and well maintained and just a short walk to the marina area. WiFi was a little weak but probably due to the volume of users. We were sorry we only had time to stay for one night.Guest review byLouiseSpain

The view from the balcony was perfect, and the beach was walking distance from the hotel. A massive thank you to Carla for sorting out a taxi to take us to the airport after booking.com cancelled our reservation less than two hours before the pick up time. Overall the stay was perfect, the food was good and the facilities were more than enough for what we needed.Guest review byAndreiUnited Kingdom

Castellón is a very pleasant town with many small piazzas decorated with modern sculptures and plants. There is a good choice of lively bars and restaurants. We left the car in the hotel underground car park and walked everywhere. The old town is traffic free, with electric buses.Guest review byDavidUnited Kingdom - 10.0

Went out of season so may have a bearing but the area felt pretty quiet. There are far too many apartments there for demand - out of season (not sure if it is busier in season). Restaurants are not great - probably because the hotels are all inclusive. Fantastic beaches. Lots to do - particular in season - water park, theme park, land train etc. Probably more suited to children up to age 13 then mid-late teens.Guest review byBevUnited Kingdom - 8.0
Cleanliness of the apartment.
Cleanliness of the apartment. Lovely beach only let down by no beach bars although bars are not far away. Most restaurants offer very much the same menu and are reasonably priced. Alein was our favourite. the food there was really good. As I have said the resort is quite limited with just the front beach path with most of the restaurants and a few shops. One road in and you will find the square with a few more (including Alein) along with a Spar.Guest review byROGERUnited Kingdom - 8.0

I was traveling and needed a place to stay between two cities. But I was pleasantly surprised by the fact that Vinaros has 3 Michelin restaurants. Although I was not happy that almost every restaurant was closed on Tuesday night. Can they not get together and see if some can close on Monday and others on Tuesday?!Guest review byLigiaUnited States - 10.0
