Lovely place to stay, Pepe & his team were very welcoming. Comfortable beds and delicious fabada for dinner - highly recommend it but it was a massive portion for 2 people, you don’t need anything else! Breakfast was delicious, beds very comfortable & shower hot.

The hotel is just beautiful, it’s a stunning place. Our room was lovely , immaculately clean with extremely comfortable bed and a great pillow selection. The bathroom was great too. The hotel is beautifully furnished everywhere and has gorgeous old features throughout. It has a huge stunning garden at the back too. The staff were very nice and helpful too. It is in a corner of the lovely España plaza which is very nice area indeed, restaurants, bars, shopping etc all there and a short walk to the bus station. We used the buses a lot, there are buses from right outside the airport too. We got the bud to the lovely Salinas beach which is not far away. Also bus to Cudillero which is quaint and a lovely day out . We would so recommend staying here. 👌😊❤️

Breakfast is a huge spread, lots of people taking pictures, homemade cakes and meat dishes every morning, and it changes daily so not the same thing every morning, it deserves a 5 star rating from me. Great location for exploring Picos de Europa. We found ourselves in a nice room with a balcony/porch with absolutely stunning views over the mountains. Breakfast was really nice, too. The hosts were friendly and helpful. They also prepare home made dinners, although the menu is pretty limited. There is also a nice self-service bar with a great variety of drinks (which we did not use but looked awesome :)) Make sure you try their house cider!

    Superb location looking over the coast, a couple of miles inland and high up in the mountains. A peaceful haven of tranquillity with such pure alpine air. Tomas is a delightful host and directed us to some hidden gems along this beautiful stretch of coast. He also helped us to find an English speaking pharmacist, ringing round different pharmacies in the local town until he found one able to help. He really was prepared to go “the extra mile” for his guests. Excellent food and the best sea bass we have had in 40 years of travelling. Very friendly atmosphere amongst guests and staff. We all loved it and hope to return next year.

    Gijon is a great city, and only €1.30 bus ride away, which takes about 20 minutes. Great rock ñ roll festival here every October. Grounds ate kept lovely. Facilities ate great. It was our fifth year here and always a friendly face from the barman. Note that the swimming pool closes at the end of September but the campsite is open all year.

    Gijon es great place to do many things within 1 hour from Gijon, but I recommend Oveido ,, its much better and only 30 mins away,,, better infrastructure but still a small town,,, both are great ,, to stay a week and from there reach out by car to small towns and beaches.. hiking etc.

    This resort in Asturias was unknown to us. A wonderful traditional holiday town, which has been welcoming guests for well more than a century. The ambiance was great, the walks and beaches fantastic and the restaurants and bars excellent. To be recommended.

    Lovely little town in a wonderful location, very quiet out of season but the weather was still wonderful! Great beach with plenty more within a short driving distance, easy access to the mountains for hiking, and full of good restaurants, food shops and nice bars.

    We had such a great stay and an absolute bonus was that the medivial fiesta was on and we had no idea, so for us it was brilliant and it made our stay even better, what a brilliant atmosphere. We found the locals really friendly too.

    The hotel was better than I expected.

    The hotel was better than I expected. It's a great location, walking distance to town, and has nearby restaurants. The staff are very friendly, speak excellent English, and they even folded clothes left out when they cleaned the room. Parking is on the side, so drive right in and turn right. Downstairs are two living rooms, one with a bar. Drinks are inexpensive, and they would pour until you said when. It's not in Cudillero proper, but it has parking, which we needed.

    Luarca is very beautiful , you fell the force of the Bizkaya in the entire city. It is not touristic at all, you rarely hear other languages than Spanish. The restaurants offer the most delicious and fresh seafood , the large variety of Bizkaya and Atlantic fish and regional food. You can have a walk on the 3 moles or climb up to one of the seaside hills. You should not be afraid of rain and a part of the buildings is empty and not well-kept, so there is some lost places charme.

    Colunga is just off the coast and probably 2km to the west of Hotel Los Caspios. It is a busy, nice little town with plenty of bars and eating places. The Church dominates the centre. There are a couple of ATMs there too, but beware, they charge for withdrawing, especially Sterling to Euros.

    Lastres is a beautiful town with amazing views of the ocean. The town is positioned on a steep hill above the marina. There is almost no English spoken in the village so you'll need to brush up on your Spanish. On Monday nights there are few options to get a meal. If you get stuck, try the restaurant at the marina.     The town looks a bit abandoned maybe because we came of season... the middle of June. But we were traveling around and this it was perfect... 10 min. Drive to lots of stores in Galicia and a big supermarket 5 min drive from the apartamento
