The beds were lovely and comfortable, and surprisingly (for me) the pillows were comfortable too. The room was large and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Literally just around the corner from the hotel (a minute's walk away) was a lovely restaurant, very busy and full of locals (always a good sign). We didn't stop for food, but the food did look amazing, plus we got a tapa of mini empanadas with our drink. Beautiful medieval village, lots of well preserved architecture. Very quiet off season so no one around. Only 3 bars open. Staff weren’t too friendly. We chose one bar and the owner warned to us and ended up serving us an ok meal outside. Dogs are not allowed in anywhere. Slightly expensive for what we ate. It was very cold. We arrived in Siquenza at around lunchtime and were staying for just one night. I would say that was the right amount of time as it is not a big place and unless you really like to go into all the history of everywhere then there is more than enough time to walk round and see the lovely architecture of the old buildings. There are some lovely walks apparently but we didn't venture out on any of them due to the weather not being too good. What I like MOST was the scenery of the PARADOR. What I dislike MOST was the quality of the cook, and the TV in others bedrooms. People who want to see TV, in a place like SIGUENZA should STAY HOME !Guest review byrichardFrance
