Super friendly and exceptional staff, amazing location, beautiful hotel with a cozy café/breakfast area and roof top, the room was beautifully decorated, spotless clean and equipped with everything you need. Stunningly beautiful hotel - both internal decor and botanic garden. Our bedroom was also beautiful with excellent features. We would particularly like to thank the people at reception for allowing us to access our room early after we had been evacuated from where we had been staying because of the wild fire. The breakfast was also superb.

The hotel is super comfortable and nice. We really liked the rooftop terrace which is the perfect place to have some rest while looking at the beautiful surrounding mountains and you can bring your own beverages and snacks - which are easy to buy in the supermarket that is only a couple of minutes far and is open almost nonstop! Breakfast is optional to buy, we enjoyed it on 2 occasions and it was super tasty, huge portions, good value for money. The receptionists were really nice and helpful.

The staff were really friendly and extremely helpful. The Apartment had everything we needed. It was clean and we had a lovely view of the sea. The hotel is in a quiet area on the sea front. The continental buffet breakfast at 7 euros each is excellent with lots of choice. We were in La Palma as our mother had been emergency disembarked from a cruise to the hospital and the hotel was a perfect base in between visits to see her. The staff as I said before were helpful and caring which meant everything while we were dealing with such a scary situation. We are both very grateful for all their help, thank you.

The view was amazing, everything was perfect
