I truly enjoyed staying at this hotel. When I came in, the room was ready (before 2 pm!) and I also got the upgrade - luckily. The fruits in the room, the terrace overlooking the bay, nice selection of teas. The hotel garden area not to miss, really big territory and a lot of space for sunbathing. Nice amenities creating the atmosphere of wellness club.

We had an amazing stay here. Breakfast and dinner were phenomenal. Super tasty food and lots of choices. Bed and pillows comfortable. Live music almost every night. Staff very polite and helpful. There is coffee all the time even before breakfast if u wake up early and need a coffee. You can take it to your room. Breakfast is from 7:30 (the coffee isn’t available from 7-7:30 because they are cleaning in the breakfast area). Dinner is from 18:30 There is a gym and it is well equiped.

A firm favourite with sun-seekers, Majorca (or Mallorca) is the largest Balearic Island. The enchanting capital Palma has a grand cathedral overlooking the harbour, a 14th-century castle and Arab baths, to name just a few highlights. Nearby is Palma Nova, home to lots of Majorca hotels on the beach within easy reach of the fantastic nightlife in Magaluf. Further along are calmer Santa Ponsa and Port d’Andratx. In the opposite direction, S’Arenal has a fantastic, palm-lined beach and quick airport transfers. North of the island is UNESCO World Heritage-listed Serra de Tramuntana whose mountain lakes are absolutely beautiful. A trip to its highest peak – Puig Major – offers wonderful views. Down below is Port de Soller, a lovely town with some excellent Majorca hotels for families. Other popular family resorts are Alcudia with its long sandy beach, and neighbouring Port de Pollenca. Ruins of the Roman town of Pollentia are nearby. In the east Cala Ratjada benefits from 2 beautiful coastlines, while the beaches at Cala Bona and Cala Millor certainly live up to their names – Good and Best. Cala d’Or (Golden Cove) is another aptly named resort: its golden, sandy beach is nestled between rocks lapped by turquoise waters.     At first I wasn't really expecting anything above my imagination when I booked the hotel 1 month ago it was just a random book, but when I actually arrived I could say 11/10 above my expectation will stay here again. And actually I don't really want to give too much praise to the hotel since I afraid you will raise price or become too good for me. So maybe 9/10 Incase you get too popular. Service: I was impressed by the professional service from the hotel especially the front desk and I think Felipe and Leticia who send me useful information in bookings. Very assuring. Breakfast: probably the best I have seen in this range of price according to my experience of stay in Rome, Barcelona and other tourist cities, amazing. Room: I was allocated with a room with a view of the swimming pool and a balcony towards the sun I felt very good, quite and comfortable. I have to mention the mattress and the quilt is the best of all the hotels I have stayed. Very comfortable. Others: we only stayed for 1 night and we stored our luggage in the luggage room (you have a special room for luggage and keeps in a cool temperature which is very good) , and could only open by the key I feel very secured.

    The hotel is clean and most rooms have a very large side view to the sea. Pool area is very nice and clean and the balcony view is amazing. The food was one of the best I ever found in a hotel, with a lot of variety, for all tastes and specific allergies. Lots of fruits and vegetables as well. Our friend who has celiac disease was able to have lots of gluten free options. They also had fresh grilled meat every night and very delicious sea fruit (the grilled sepia was incredible!). There were plenty of fresh towels and sufficient toilet paper and the cleaning ladies cleaned our room every day.They had a show for children every night and also later during the night for adults live music. We had water aerobic with a very nice instructor (included in the price). The staff was very nice and helpful. They were also very welcoming and prepared a cold buffet in the dining room for us as we checked in very late in the night(23 pm).

    The beach was a few steps for the hotel and was clean. The weather was too windy and that is the reason why we really did not enjoyed the see at all. Spa was small, nice and not busy at all. We stay at beginning of October, in the top season I expect it would by too crowded. Parking was possible on the street without any problem (but it is true in October as well). The breakfast was excellent.

    The breakfast was excellent. Restaurants, bars and shops are next to the hotel. The beach is about one minute walk from the hotel. On the rooftop of the hotel you can have tapas and drinks and enjoy in the sea view. Very lovely and helpful staff. You can rent a bike in the hotel. If you want to have great vacation go to hotel Portofino.

    Playa de Palma is probably the best beach and swimming experience I've ever had. The sand beach is nearly perfect, the water is crystal clear; it is a very shallow entry beach – something I usually dislike – but in this case it makes fun swimming 200-300 m off the cost and returning back. Very beautiful promenade. Lots of restaurants and shops. A half-hour away from the city of Palma, which is magnificent. Overall, a great sea resort experience.

    Beach is beautiful clear calm water white sand .Great traditional restaurants off the main strip so explore you won't be disappointed ,October is a great time to visit as I'd say it gets a little crazy there in peak season.Las tres palas is recommended for great lamb chops off the grill .

    Magaluf is a great destination for those who enjoy nightlife and clubbing – there are plenty of bars and clubs to choose from, offering something for everyone. You'll also find large supermarkets and a wide variety of good restaurants. However, I wouldn’t recommend it for a romantic getaway, as it's more lively and party-oriented. It’s a convenient base for exploring the southern part of Mallorca and is close to Palma. Renting a car on the island is easy and can be done at affordable prices.

    Honestly don't get why you'd come here.

    Honestly don't get why you'd come here. The beach was nice, the bars were alright but you're on a Spanish island and this town has no Spanish in it. Its an English town with loads of Germans down the road in Arenal. Come here if you want to be overcharged on poor hotels, see cockroaches roaming the streets, be served overpriced cocktails by English staff. Don't come here if you want a true Spanish trip. For that I'd recommend Palma itself or somewhere in the north of the island.

    Ideal for any length of a visit. the beach is fabulous There are loads of various bars and varied restaurants which is great for visitors with different preferances. However if you want the best it can only be the American diner We enjoyed STADIUM 63 which had great acts every night and the staff are very friendly and the new owners have continued and improved its great history. The Sunset bar and Banana Joes are also worth a visit.

    We went late in the season when it's a little less busy which suited us perfectly. Great restaurants and bars, a little pricey by the Marina but what would you expect when you see the yachts moored there. Very few big hotels, lots of smaller hotels and villas. Pretty much the perfect small resort for our tastes.

    We didn’t realise before we booked that Santa Ponsa is popular with groups of boys and girls on party holidays. It’s such a short trip to Magaluf that they seem to stay in Santa Ponsa and get a cab into Magaluf. Because of this a lot of bars are very busy and geared towards groups of young lads/girls. We didn’t find it a major issue however one to bear in mind for a family holiday.

    cala bona and cala millor are both easy access to the beaches, plenty of shops and the best thing for me is that you can walk from one resort to the other as they are both on the flat no hills to walk up
